1)Foreign nationals are required to get themselves vaccinated against Yellow fever vaccination & Saars Covid-19 while traveling to India. It is advisable to get yourself checked so that you can enjoy your India travel in comfort. 2)Carry a simple first aid kit, and make sure it is with you all the time. 3) Make sure you drink only bottled water or packaged water while on India tours. Now a days most states in India are against plastic and so hotels are with drawing bottles instead supply RO Water in Glass Bottles which is equally safe to drink. 4) Try to avoid spicy food, especially if you're not used to it. 5) ATM's of all major International Banks in India operate 24 hours a day and are easily accessible. 6) Although Goa has a fair amount of mosquitoes during certain periods of the year, and also Malaria, we generally do not have a mosquito problem since we are surrounded by salt water which mosquitoes do not like. However every room / tent will be provided with electric mosquito repellant. Apart from this we suggest you to carry a repellant cream or spray of your choice. 7)In India both Summer & Winter weather conditions can reach extremes so it is better that you pack according to the season. If you are traveling in summers (April to September), pack light cotton clothes. If you are traveling in winters (October to March), pack some warm clothes, as it can get mercilessly chilly in the northern parts and some parts of Southern India. 8)Tourist seasons in India: a)Peak tourist season in India is from October to March. Hotel rates & Air Travel are at peak. Bookings should be made atleast 3-6 months in advance. Supplements apply during Christmas & New Year. b)June-August is off season: Accommodations and air travel are cheaper than winters. National wildlife parks are closed during this time. c)April to May is off season. Accommodation and air travel are cheapest during this period.
