Day 1: Arrival in Lima, the capital of Peru

Day 2: Discovery of the popular district of Chorrillos with Francesca and ceviche workshop at Julio's

Day 3: Visit of the historical center of Lima and flight to Arequipa called the white city

Day 4: Andean cooking class and discovery of the beautiful colonial historical center of the white city

Day 5: En route to the Colca Valley and meeting with the Coporaque community

Day 6: Observation of the majestic Andean condor flyover and walk along the Colca River

Day 7: Tourist bus to Puno located on the shores of the famous Lake Titicaca

Day 8: Agriculture, crafts and cuisine of the Paramis community

Day 9: Traditional fishing in the Paramis community and walking along Lake Titicaca

Day 10: Exploration of the highlands of the Andes aboard the Titicaca Train

Day 11: Discovery of Cusco, the cradle of the Inca Empire
