Then visit the People's Park in the Sky, an unfinished structure that was initially built to host the visit of US President Ronal Reagan. There you will explore the preserved ruins of Fort Santiago, see how the life was during the Spanish Colonization in Casa Manila. Next stop is a visit to San Agustin Church, the only structure left intact after the destruction of Intramuros in World War II. Then continue the tour with a visit to Baluarte de San Diego which used to be a bastion and was part of the Spanish colonial fortification in this walled city. Proceed to Binondo to see the world’s oldest Chinatown which was established by the Spanish during 1594 and is now the center of commerce in trade in Manila. Once you get to the main entrance, you will then transfer to smaller banca that is customized to be able to enter the river. Your banca captain will also serve as your guide who will guide the guests through this magnificent journey. The 8.2-kilometer-long underground river boasts jaw-dropping cave formations, stunning limestone cliffs, and pristine waters, however, only a portion of the river, around 4.3km, is allowed for tourist explorations. The river's complex ecosystem has adapted to the underground environments over hundreds of years. The variety of species in the caves is endemic to the river system, including fish, crabs, giant spiders, bats, swallows, and snakes. But bats and swallows are usually the only species you'll see.
