Trip Snapshot
This trip will take you from the amazing mountains, lakes and beautiful villages of Switzerland to the stunning Italian Lake Como. From Lake Como to ”the City of Canals” Venice which is one of the most picturesque and recognisable cities in the world. And from the iconic canals of Venice you will travel south to the cradle of the Renaissance Florence. Walking down the streets in Florence is like walking down a big open air museum. If Florence is the cradle of the Renaissance then Tuscany is its birthplace. Known for its landscapes, history, artistic legacy, and its influence on high culture Tuscany is an integral part of Italy. Your next destination will be the heart of one of the greatest civilisations. Rome is home to incredible palaces, age-old basilicas and churches, ornate statues, graceful fountains and imposing Roman monuments. Next you will visit an incredibly beautiful land of mountain and sea, where pastel buildings tumble down the hillsides, and little beaches rim a stunning aquamarine sea. The Amalfi Coast is famous for its picturesque seaside towns, cliffs, and beaches, for its stunning coastline and colourful villages with steep and narrow streets. You will finish your trip back in the legendary Rome.
