Trip Snapshot
Yukhin Peak (5130 m) offers an incredible opportunity to challenge yourself in the high mountains and conquer your first 5000-meter summit. The route is technically easy, with no challenging ice or rock sections, making it accessible even for participants without prior mountaineering experience, provided they are in good physical shape. Located in the northern ridges of the seven-thousander Lenin Peak, the ascent begins from the "Edelweiss Meadow" Base Camp (3600 m), where you can choose between cozy heated tents or traditional Kyrgyz yurts for accommodation. The next waypoint is "Solnechniy" advanced Camp 1 (4400 m), perched on the moraine at the very foot of Lenin Peak’s massive North Face. The summit push to Yukhin Peak starts early in the morning from Camp 1, with a return to the camp by evening. Why choose this tour? A straightforward route to a summit over 5000 meters. Stunning views of Lenin Peak and the Alay Valley. Comfortable high-altitude accommodations in two yurt camps, featuring excellent infrastructure for rest and recovery, as well as meals akin to the finest restaurants in Central Asia: balanced breakfasts, hearty lunches, and dinners prepared by a professional culinary team. An introduction to high-altitude mountaineering. Important: Climbing in high-altitude environments always carries inherent risks, including extreme weather conditions and individual physiological responses to altitude. Participants should be aware of these challenges and prepare accordingly.
