You are responsible for securing all required travel documents before departure, including a valid passport, visas, re-entry permits, health certificates, inoculation records, and proof of return or onward transportation. Many airlines will not allow boarding without the correct visa or entry authorization, so you should confirm requirements well in advance with the nearest embassy or consulate for each country you will visit. Visas are rarely issued at points of entry, and when they are available on arrival, they may cost more than visas obtained in advance. For this reason, we strongly recommend securing all required visas before leaving your home country. Important Booking Conditions A minimum of two travelers is required for this tour to operate at the listed twin-share price. Solo travelers are not eligible for twin-share pricing unless traveling with a confirmed roommate. A booking with only one traveler will operate as a Private Solo Tour and will be priced at 1.5 times the published twin-share rate. Roommates are not matched or assigned under any circumstances. If no roommate is confirmed 60 days before departure, a Single Room Supplement of USD ???? will be charged. Bookings confirmed at the twin-share price without a confirmed roommate may require a price adjustment or cancellation in accordance with these terms.

Every traveler must hold a current passport valid for at least six months from the date of return, along with a round-trip airline ticket or onward transportation, and adequate funds for the duration of the stay. Obtaining a passport and any required visas is the responsibility of each traveler. All travelers must consult the appropriate consulates or embassies to confirm current entry requirements for the countries included in their trip. A pre-departure information packet will be provided and will include helpful general destination information, visa application forms, and trip insurance suggestions. An official tour registration form will be sent to the booking agent once the required tour deposit has been received. Final documents, including the trip itinerary, emergency contact information, any airline tickets, luggage tags, travel documents, and required vouchers, will be sent no later than 30 days before services begin, provided full payment has been received.
