Departure at 7:30 towards the River "La Leona". After an introduction to the conditions of the activity, you will start the adventure by the river. The route is 14 km long. Halfway, you will stop for a trekking on "Cerro Los Hornos" which lasts about two hours. You will be able to observe petrified logs, fossils, and one of the oldest formations on the planet. Departure by regular bus to El Chaltén, the "capital of trekking" in Argentina. Free day to hike around the Laguna de los Tres. It is one of the most beautiful in the area; it starts at the end of the main street San Martin, after the car park. A sign "Senda al Fitz Roy" marks the starting point. After about 5 hours excluding the stops (10.2 km), you will get to the end. You will be 1,170 meters high. Mount Fitz Roy pops up in front of you and a turquoise blue lake stretches out at your feet. The path is fully marked and well laid out. We recommend bringing a box lunch.
