Day 1

place Welcome to Borneo!

  • Arrival in Pangkalan Bun (PKN)
Welcome to Borneo! Upon arrival at Pangkalan Bun (PKN), you will be transported to the klotok port for check in and an afternoon cruising along the river to see the Orangutans.


  • Cruise the Kumai River

Cruising the Kumai River in Indonesia is a mesmerizing experience that takes you deep into the heart of Borneo's lush rainforest. You'll be surrounded by a serene and untouched natural environment, where dense foliage, towering trees, and exotic wildlife create a captivating atmosphere. You'll have the opportunity to encounter the remarkable orangutans in their natural habitat.


  •  Proboscis Tour

Cruise up the seikonyer river you will see nice vegetation around the river bank, Nipa Palm, Pandanus, and some kind of trees that growing up around the river. See some wildlife such as birds, Macaque, Proboscis Monkey and Orangutan, if the time still permitted you will visit Orangutan feeding in Tanjung Harapan and then return back to the boat and continue boating up to observe and learning more about Proboscis monkeys along the river banks. Proboscis monkeys are being endemic animal that can be seen only in Borneo.


  • Free Time in Klotok

Klotok is a traditional wooden boat commonly used for river transportation in Borneo, Indonesia. It is named after the sound of its engine, which produces a distinct "klo-tok" noise. Klotok boats are a popular way to explore the rivers of Borneo, including the Tanjung Puting National Park. Visitors can take a multi-day tour on a klotok boat to explore the park's diverse wildlife, including orangutans, proboscis monkeys, and macaques.

Day 2

  • FNPF Camp
After breakfast, cruise up the river to see more wildlife around the river in the morning while most animals ready to do their activities. Then, visit FNPF Camp for planting trees, here you will planting tree to contribute for Carbon Offset program.


Here you should contribute for IDR. 50.000 / Tree for maintaining your own trees.


  • Trekking and Visit Feeding Station at Camp Leakey

Camp Leakey is a famous research and conservation center in the heart of Tanjung Puting National Park in Borneo, Indonesia. The camp is named after Dr. Louis Leakey, a renowned anthropologist who pioneered the study of primates. Visitors can take a guided tour to learn about the history of the camp, the ongoing research, and the conservation efforts to protect the endangered orangutan population. The camp also has a feeding station where visitors can watch the orangutans being fed and learn about their behavior and ecology.



  • Free Time in Klotok
Enjoy the rest of your day in Klotok while exploring the rivers of Borneo.

Day 3

  • Pondok Tanggui Camp

After breakfast, boating down to reach Pondok Tanggui, the second rehabilitation center for the orangutan. Visit the Orangutan feeding, enjoy your time while take some pictures.


  • Tanjung Harapan Village & Camp
continue boating down direct to Tanjung Harapan village to see the Malayan settlement activities in the Afternoon. Lunch will provide on board then cross to Tanjung Harapan Camp to see the last orangutan feeding.


  • Firefly Watching with Dinner

Back to the boat and boating down directly to Nipa Palm area to see thousands of fireflies. Dinner and overnight in the houseboat.

Day 4

  • Lopus Village
Early Morning, breakfast on board direct transfer to Lopus Village by private Car. It will take around 5 hours. Upon your arrival in Lopus Village sightseeing around the village. In the evening, you will welcome by the Dayak Tomun with their Bagondang ceremony. Here you might allow to dance with the Dayak people while they will serve you with the rice wine. Enjoy the ceremony and back to the longhouse / local house for sleeping


  • Rumah Betang

Rumah Betang is a traditional longhouse located on the island of Borneo in Indonesia. It is the home of the Dayak people, who are known for their unique culture and traditions. The longhouse is made of wood and can be up to 150 meters long, with several rooms for multiple families. The longhouse is decorated with intricate carvings and paintings, reflecting Dayak's beliefs and customs. Visitors can experience the local culture and learn about the Dayak's way of life, including their traditional dances, music, and food.

Day 5

  • Trekking up into the Primary forest 
After breakfast,  drive up to Muhur Village, it is the starting point to do trekking. It take for 1 hour drive from Lopus Village. Upon your arrival in Muhur Village continue trekking up into the forest. Here you will experience and enjoy the life in the oldest primary forest in Borneo. You will pass by several small rivers that floating down from the main forest. The water here are very clean and you could take Mandi or swim on very sallow river.


  • Overnight on the tent in the Forest
On arrival on the place you will spend a night, your porter and guide will set up a tent while the cook will provide your lunch. Dinner and overnight in the forest on a tent.

Day 6

  • Transfer to Muhur

After breakfast trekking up to the water fall and swimming there. Enjoy your time till we return back to Muhur area where we parking our private car.


  • Transfer to Pangkalan Bun

Then continue drive back to Kudangan and Pangkalan Bun for another 5 hours. On arrival in Pangkalan Bun direct transfer to the hotel to stay overnight


Dinner will be at traveler's own expense

Get transferred to Pangkalan Bun Iskandar Airport (PKN) on a private air-conditioned vehicle at the time that's agreed upon..
