Amman – Petra – Wadi Rum
Depart Amman and head south to the ancient city of Petra.
Carved into rose-red rock over 2,000 years ago by the Nabateans, Petra is one of the New Seven Wonders of the World.
Located 225 km from Amman, Petra once controlled the trade routes of ancient Arabia.
Walk through the narrow Siq, a stunning natural gorge that leads to the heart of the city. At the end, marvel at Petra’s most iconic monument — the Treasury (Al-Khazneh), carved into the sandstone cliff.
In the afternoon, continue your journey to Wadi Rum.
Upon arrival, a jeep tour will be waiting to take you through the breathtaking desert. Known as the "Valley of the Moon," Wadi Rum is renowned for its dramatic landscapes, towering rock formations, and as the filming location for Lawrence of Arabia.
As the sun sets, admire the vibrant hues of the cliffs and sand shifting from golden to deep red.
In the evening, settle into a traditional Bedouin camp, enjoy a delicious Bedouin-style dinner, and take part in nighttime activities under the stars.
