Day 1

place Arrival to Sevilla

Welcome to your personalized itinerary. We have tailored this piece to suit your individual needs. We hope you enjoy reading this as much as we enjoyed writing it. In the afternoon, you will meet our Expert Gourmet Guide for a 2-hour Private Spanish Food & Wine Tasting. Prepare yourself for a sensory journey through Spain. In this tasting, our expert wine guide will fill your glasses with the eight most exciting wines, wines you won't find on the menus of the local bars, on the Spanish scene today. We perfectly pair the wide range of styles and types with several local artisan products, from olive oil to charcuterie.

Day 2

You will be picked up at 09:00AM from your hotel lobby for a Full Day Private Wine, Cheese & Olive Oil Route. We will take you on a gastronomic day trip to introduce you to 3 pillars of Spanish cuisine: Wine, Cheese and Olive Oil. Spain is the third-largest producer of wine in the world. It is the world’s leading producer of olive oil, and its regional cheeses have won numerous international awards. Our first stop will be in a local olive mill on the outskirts of Zahara de la Sierra. Enjoy a private tour of the mill and a tasting of country bread drizzled with olive oil. We will then travel further East to the outskirts of Ronda. Visit a local winery and enjoy a guided tour by our hosts around the vineyards and the bodega and of course be privy to a tasting of their finest wines! Over 20 wineries now cultivate grapes on the land surrounding the town, most of them small, boutique and family run. Meteorological and topographical conditions ensure the production of some excellent red and white wines. It will then be time to drive to one of our favorite white villages for lunch and an explored. After lunch, we will visit the delicatessen of a local producer of the famous Payoyo cheese, where we will enjoy a tasting of the numerous styles and combinations of cheese that they produce.

Day 3

place Sevilla - Jerez

Check out of the hotel and settle any incidentals. An English-speaking driver will pick you up at 9:00 AM in a private luxury sedan to head to Jerez. Your Expert Guide will be waiting for you at the cellars of Bodegas Rey Fernando de Castillae for a Private Guided Visit with Wine Tasting of this Boutique Winery, located in the historic center of Jerez. The famous brandies of Fernando de Castilla are made using only alambic destillates of selected white wines. These are first aged in new barrels of French and American oak, and thereafter for long periods in barrels that have previously contained the choicest sherries. Bodegas Rey Fernando de Castilla is a funding member of the D.O. Brandy de Jerez. The collection of sherries is made up of the finest wines from the area. Ranging from the pale, light and elegant finos to the unique Antique sherries that have won the highest national and international distinctions. This range would not be complete without the extremely rare and old sherry vinegar that are fond in the cellars. These are bottled in limited quantities for a very demanding group of consumers. Jerez is not only known for its sherry and brandy production. This small city is equally famous for its fine horses. Your next experience will commence at the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art Foundation with the exhibition regarded as the best equestrian ballet in the world. An authentic equestrian ballet with choreographies based on the traditional methods of taming wild horses, and Spanish music. This will be after we take a lovely 2-hour tour through the historic center of Jerez. In the afternoon, you will have a Private Guided Visit of Bodegas Tradicion with Wine Tasting. Bodegas Tradición is a new winery located in Jerez, but it holds the honor of being the successor of the oldest winery in the Jerez production area.

Day 4

place Jerez to Cadiz

Check out of the hotel and settle any incidentals. You can leave the luggage at the Hotel. Guided to visit of Lustau Wineries with an Expert Guide with wine tasting. Bodegas Emilio Lustau is considered to be one of the best sherry winery in existence. It crafts more than 40 different products, including an impressive collection of dessert and fortified wines, brandies, and even vinegars. These wines have received awards at many national and international competitions. To name only a few, Bodegas Lustau has won the Enoforum contest, the Bacchus awards, the International Wine Competition of Andalusia, and many more. The dry wines by Emilio Lustau are crafted exclusively from Palomino, the indigenous white grape from Andalusia that makes the best sherries in the world. The sweet wines, on the other hand, are made from a blend of Moscatel (Muscat) and Pedro Ximénez. In the afternoon, you will have the opportunity to explore the vineyards around Jerez in the Half Day Private Guided tour on 4x4 vehicle around Vineyards of Sherry in the province of Cádiz. Our expert guide will explain to you the history of the most famous vineyards of Jerez, with an interpretation of the main characteristics of the vines soils, grape variety, climate, etc. to finish with a cup of sherry between vineyards. You will be able to enjoy a fabulous sunset in the vineyard. We will reserve for you a table at the Michelin Awarded Restaurant A Poniente. His chef Angel Leon is one of the most acclaimed chefs in Spain, giving lectures at Harvard Univeristy.

place San Marcos Castle and Caballero Wineries Tour

The San Marcos Castle is the most emblematic site in Puerto de Santa Maria. This visit will give you a great opportunity of discovering the Santa Maria’s Port History and the part wine played in it. The Caballero group is a reference point in the Port, and during this visit you will have an opportunity to discover the elaboration of characteristic regional wines in this very special historical winery. After that, you will get to know history of Manzanilla Vine in a Privet Guided Tour and Wine Tasting in Barbadillo Manzanilla Museum and Cellars. You will discover the history of this centenary cellars, in a story that began in 1821 when Benigno Barbadillo bought the first cellar, and all the secrets kept in the casks and will understand why the wine from Jerez are a way of life. In the afternoon, you will enjoy a 3-hour Private Gourmet Tapas & Wine Tasting Tour with Expert Guide. You are in the best place to try authentic Spanish Tapas as according to the locals tapas were invented here. With a local expert as your guide, you’ll learn about the history of Spanish gastronomy and discover the delights of small-plate dining on visits to three of Cadiz’s best bars. Try the freshest fried fish, Iberian Ham, seafood, and the king of Cadiz' gastronomy: Red Tuna.
