Arrival to the city of Lima Transfer to selected hotel.

Artistic district In Callao, we'll find a clash of several cultures since it’s home to the main port and airport of the country. Steeped in history, you’ll find colonial fortresses, European-style squares, urban art, and excellent seafood. The tour will begin at La Punta, a beach town located on a small peninsula very close to the port. Then, you will visit the artistic part of the area: Callao Monumental. The epicenter of urban art that houses new and edgy art galleries along with classic seafood restaurants that together, have rehabilitated a very socially affected area. Marine lunch You’ll taste different interpretations of traditional Peruvian flavors through a tasting menu in a charming restaurant in the heart of Callao Monumental. Nikkei dinner Osaka has been awarded as the 4th best restaurant in Peru. The dishes selected for this menu will take you through the most delicious flavors that the Nikkei (Peruvian -Japanese) culture has to offer, surrounded by architecture that perfectly blends Peruvian and Japanese motifs in a luxurious setting. Optionally, we can make a reservation at an exclusive signature cocktail bar. Overnight at hotel.

Day 3

Visit to the market / bio fair + fruit tasting Stroll through one of the best outdoor markets in Lima or a bio where you will taste native inputs and street food of the area. "Flavors of Peru" lunch Alongside a local host, you’ll discover the different flavors of the coast, highlands, and jungle of Peru. In addition, you’ll learn how to prepare a delicious ceviche. All in one place! * This lunch can also be held at Central Restaurant (depending on availability and with additional charges) or in a huarique (a traditionally small, not-so-well-known, family-run restaurants where the menu is based on recipes passed down through the generations) for a very local experience. Flight from lima to Cusco In the afternoon transfer to the airport to take the flight to take the flight to the city of Cusco. Upon arrival, transfer and overnight at hotel.

Day 4

Local market, cooking class and city tour The tour begins with a visit to the Cusco gastronomy center, the San Pedro Market, to learn about and taste incredible Andean ingredients such as tamales, guinea pig, pork rinds, cheeses and breads. Then, you will learn Andean cooking techniques in a participatory class near the Plaza de Armas: it is a 4-course menu with a professional chef. In the afternoon, you will do a walking city tour accompanied by a local guide. Overnight at hotel.

Textile visit to Chinchero This morning, on your way to the Sacred Valley of the Incas, you will visit the textile community of Chinchero to learn from Mrs. Evangelina about their dyeing and weaving techniques, transmitted from generation to generation. Oca wine and andean/native potato tasting Afterwards you’ll get to know the work of a brilliant agricultural engineer, belonging to a family of local farmers, who decided to turn his tubers into the new stars of Peruvian gastronomy: he devised ways to enhance the oca, a tuber rich in antioxidants and natural sugar, and turn it into a drink that we are sure you will love. Experiential tourism in Misminay + glamping For lunch, you will arrive at the community of Misminay, located in the surroundings of Moray, and have an afternoon with a local family. After settling into the beautiful luxury tents to spend the night glamping, you’ll take part in different activities with the community such as the elaboration of adobe and chicha corn, fishing in the lake, identification and collection of medicinal plants, carving in stone and wood, among others. An immersive experience of complete experiential tourism. Maras and Moray Later, you will hike through the community towards the stunning salt mines of Maras and the terraces of Moray. There you will have the afternoon to rest and enjoy the incredible views that these wonders have to offer. Day 6

Paddle or kayak + Pachamanca at Piuray lake After breakfast in Misminay, you will go to an amazing lake, where you will have an experience that’ll allow you to taste the roots of the Andean culture: an ancient lunch prepared in an underground stone oven. While the land does its work and the food is cooking, you can enjoy outdoor activities, such as paddle boarding or kayaking, in the beautiful lake. Then, you’ll witness the unearthing of the food and enjoy a lunch surrounded by nature and beautiful views. This pachamanca is led by chefs from the community, who over time, have merged their culinary tradition with the knowledge of professional chefs. The perfect ingredients for an unbeatable experience. Day 7

Ollantaytambo This morning, you’ll get to know Ollantaytambo in depth. A local guide will accompany you through the paths of this important archaeological, religious and cultural center of the Inca Empire. Visit and lunch in an organic farm Afterwards, you will go to Yanahuara to visit Valentin's farm. It is a traditional Cusco home where you will learn how certain Andean products are grown and even participate in the tasks of a family that lives from agriculture in Cusco. Then, you will share a delicious lunch with organic inputs directly from the farm. Chicheria Before returning to the hotel, you will stop at a traditional chicheria to taste chicha de jora and learn about the preparation techniques and the importance of this drink for Andean families. Overnight at hotel.

Day 8

Pisac You’ll start the day visiting the town and ruins of Pisac. There’ you’ll discover its incredible history, and get the chance to stroll through its beautiful square and the picturesque Andean handicraft market. Hacienda Sarapampa A unique experience to end the trip on a high note. Maria del Pilar and Joseph, third generation giant white corn producers, will welcome you to this beautiful colonial hacienda. With them as guides, you will live a unique experience in a working farm where you will learn first-hand about the exclusive giant white corn of the Sacred Valley (the only one in the world with a designation of origin!), its production, and life at the hacienda. The hosts will spoil you with a corn-based lunch based and other local inputs. Flight back to Lima After lunch, your private transportation will take you to the airport in the city of Cusco so you can take the flight to the city of Lima. End of services
