WHAT ARE THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS TO TRAVEL? Passport and visa requirements vary according to each country of origin. It is the passenger's responsibility to find out when booking and the papers and documents needed to enter Chile and Argentina. Please note that our routes go from Chile to Argentina and vice versa. Each passenger must find out in their country of origin if visas, entry permits, or reciprocity fees are required for BOTH countries, regardless of the port of embarkation, and process them in advance to present them at check-in. Countries visited on our routes All Australis routes disembark in Chilean and Argentine territory. Argentine or Chilean minors who leave their country without one of their parents must carry a notarized permit authorizing them to do so. In case of traveling with both parents they must carry and present the family book. SAILING FROM USHUAIA Check-in is from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Avenida San Martín 409, Ushuaia. Afterwards, the boarding takes place at 6:00 PM. . Sailing starts at 8:00 PM from Ushuaia. REQUIRED CLOTHING The dress code on-board is casual so we suggest dressing comfortably as well as bringing enough changes of clothes since we offer no laundry service. For field expeditions, weather conditions are very unpredictable and constantly change during the day. Therefore, we recommend dressing in layers and bringing the following equipment: - Sunglasses. - Waterproof Clothing: Hat, gloves, pants, parka. - Sweater. - Sunscreen. - Trekking shoes or hiking boots, waterproof. COVID-19 RELATED CONDITIONS Each passenger must be fully vaccinated with all COVID-19 vaccine doses necessary for their immunization, following current health standards and with a type of vaccine accredited with the official certification issued by the health authority. Each passenger, directly or through the travel agency that made the reservation, must send via email and at least 45 days in advance their vaccination certificate. The Shipowner will communicate to the passenger, directly or through the respective travel agency, any doubts or observations regarding their official certification. The passenger must correct the corresponding doubts or objections. Notwithstanding the preceding, each passenger must show the corresponding official certificate without pending observations before sailing. Without a proper vaccination certificate, the passenger will not be able to board the ship. Additionally, and before boarding, the Shipowner may require the passenger to perform a Covid-19 antigen test provided by the company for this purpose, which, if negative, will allow them to board the ship. In no case will this antigen test replace the vaccination certificate. Likewise, the passenger's responsibility is to have all the necessary documentation required by the authorities to enter the Magallanes Region and the Chilean Antarctic, which must be shown to the Shipowner if needed.

PRICE IS VALID FOR DEPARTURES: 07/15/23/31 OCTOBER 2022 The excursions described in the itineraries are usually possible.. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Ship Operator reserves the right to alter, change or omit part of this itinerary without prior notice, whether motivated by the welfare and safety of passengers, for the proper preservation of the environment or in the event of any extraordinary circumstance, fortuitous event or force majeure. The departure or arrival of vessels may be subject to possible changes. It is not possible to guarantee birds and animals. BOOKING, DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS A US $300 deposit per person is required to secure a reservation. Full payment of the ticket price must be made to the Company no later than 60 days prior to departure. CANCELLATION POLICIES The following charges apply in case of cancellation of a reservation as of the date the Company receives a cancellation notice in writing: - Up to 120 days before departure: US $0 (zero). - From 119 and 60 days before departure: US $300.- (Deposit) - Between 59 and 50 days before departure: 25% of the value of the sale. - Between 49 and 40 days before departure: 50% of the value of the sale. - Between 39 and 30 days before departure: 75% of the value of the sale. - Between 29 and the date of issue of the ticket: 100% of the value of the sale. CRUISE CONDITIONS Rates include accommodations, transportation, all meals, open bar during regular hours (no charge for wines, beverages and liquors), shore excursions and onboard entertainment. Rates do not include Port, Immigration and/or National Park Fees, gratuities (US $25 per person per night recommended), calls from the onboard satellite phone, purchases at the ship's shop, optional tours outside the Australis route itinerary, port transfers. Total port fees per person for bookings are as follows: • Punta Arenas to Ushuaia route: US $95 • Ushuaia to Punta Arenas route: US $95 • Punta Arenas to Ushuaia to Punta Arenas route: US $110 • Ushuaia to Punta Arenas to Ushuaia route: US $110 These values may be modified without prior notice and may vary depending on the amount determined by the corresponding authorities of each country.
