The best manufacturers of homemade sausages and grilled pork rind are immediately recognizable to the many buyers who are patiently waiting their turn. A very interesting space is dedicated to the ethnic handicrafts of the northern tribes. Mr. Praphat will receive you in his traditional house of pure Lanna style more than a hundred years old, a real living museum where his father, grandfather and great-grandfather already lived. A return to the past, amidst fruit trees, medicinal plants and herbs. You will participate in learning and cooking northern Lanna cuisine under the wise advice of the whole family. You will cook and eat your own lunch! After lunch you will go learn about the orchid-replanting program in the forest at the University of Maejo Nursery, Here you see a farm where these orchids grow and the history behind it. You will then continue to Doi Suthep, with its breathtaking view, dominates the entire Chiang Mai valley bordered by mountain ranges. Further north, one can see Doi Inthanon, the highest point in the country (2565 m). The Doi Suthep temple is a place of pilgrimage for the Buddhists of the whole world, because it would contain relics of Buddha. Take the opportunity to participate in the prayer of the monks, before on the way down the valley, you will stop near the University of Chiang Mai
