• 09:00 am Departure for the visit of a farm and experience a journey on a long tail boat. • 12:00 pm Lunch at leisure • 1:00 pm Tuk-tuk tour in the city of Chiang Mai to discover the main temples • 4:00 pm Return to the hotel This morning you will be taken to the countryside, near Chiang Mai, to see rice fields and farms where you will get the chance to immerse in a traditional rural world. Here you will visit a farm and have experience the daily life of Thai farmers and their favorite and sacred animal, the buffalo. Going up the Ping River in a long-tail boat, one can see the traditional wooden houses along the water's edge and way the local inhabitants live along the riverbanks. You will also have the chance to discover a large market, the Wararot market that offers local products at reasonable prices. You will then return to the "square" of the old town, bounded by ancient fortifications, by a nice trishaw ride. Lunch will be at leisure. In the afternoon, you will begin the discovery of the main temples of the city by tuk-tuk. One of the temples is; Wat Chiang Man is the oldest of the "Rose of the North", as Chiang Mai is called here. The Chedi of this temple is remarkable for its rows of carved elephants that seem to support the whole building. Another one is, Wat Chedi Luang is the most important of the city. As for Wat Phra Sing, it contains superb specimens of Lanna art and is the depository of a copy of sacred texts.

• 08:30 am Departure from the hotel and stop at the market of Kad Luang • 09:00 am Meeting with Mr. Praphat and his family • 12:00 pm Cooking class and lunch at a local's house • 2:00 pm Discovery of a nursery and orchid farm • 4:15 pm Visit of Mount Doi Suthep • 6:30 pm Visit of the student market and dinner on site • 8:30 pm Return to the hotel This morning, you will begin your day with a passage to the Kad Luang market that will surprise you with the diversity of colors and scents. Thai people frequent this big market a lot, looking for the best products. The competition is hard between the merchants, and the most beautiful stalls win the game. The best manufacturers of homemade sausages and grilled pork rind are immediately recognizable to the many buyers who are patiently waiting their turn. A very interesting space is dedicated to the ethnic handicrafts of the northern tribes. Mr. Praphat will receive you in his traditional house of pure Lanna style more than a hundred years old, a real living museum where his father, grandfather and great-grandfather already lived. A return to the past, amidst fruit trees, medicinal plants and herbs. You will participate in learning and cooking northern Lanna cuisine under the wise advice of the whole family. You will cook and eat your own lunch! After lunch you will go learn about the orchid-replanting program in the forest at the University of Maejo Nursery, Here you see a farm where these orchids grow and the history behind it. You will then continue to Doi Suthep, with its breathtaking view, dominates the entire Chiang Mai valley bordered by mountain ranges. Further north, one can see Doi Inthanon, the highest point in the country (2565 m). The Doi Suthep temple is a place of pilgrimage for the Buddhists of the whole world, because it would contain relics of Buddha. Take the opportunity to participate in the prayer of the monks, before on the way down the valley, you will stop near the University of Chiang Mai

At your arrival, welcome and transfer for a lunch on the banks of the river at the Supatra restaurant. After lunch you will visit the Wat Arun temple, or "Temple of Dawn", erected on the banks of the Chao Praya River, the "River of Kings" which crosses Bangkok like a snake before flowing into the Gulf of Thailand. Its unique architecture with its 79-meter high central tower decorated with millions of porcelain fragments makes it the most beautiful Buddhist temple in Bangkok. A boat trip will take you to the opposite shore to discover Wat Pho, which has an impressive 45 meters long reclining Buddha. This temple is known worldwide for its traditional massage school. Foot massage of 30 min (optional).

After a short taxi ride, you will take the popular water taxi up the Chao-Praya River to the Grand Palace, then a tuk-tuk will take you to the meeting place to discover by electric e-scooter, the best kept secrets of the historic district An original experience that will take you where few tourists can go, closer to the communities that live in narrow and sometimes hidden streets. An easy ride accessible to all, with unexpected encounters and unusual places such as a small canal, an improbable mural fresco, or even a retro cafe... The surprise effect and smiles are guaranteed. Bangkokers are not yet used to this new way of riding! Lunch at leisure in a small local restaurant in the neighborhood. You will embark on a tuk-tuk, which will drive you to the Grand Palais. This vibrant capital city is not finished surprising you. Here you will visit the main temples, including the Temple of the Emerald Buddha (Wat Phra Kaew) and Wat Pho, which has an impressive 45-meter long reclining Buddha. Optional: Try a traditional foot massage of 30 min. To continue you day you will have a stop at Pak Khlong Talad, the famous flower market, and then you will continue your stroll in Yaowarat. Here you will discover the historic Chinese district of Bangkok, where you will get lost in its narrow shopping streets with small hidden temples. Dinner at leisure and return to your hotel.
