Churches and Cathedrals Tour
This Church Tour is for guests who want to see the various beautiful cathedrals and churches and learn about their significance for the Finns. In this tour you will also have the advantage to use the tram system of Helsinki as we need to visit various neighbourhoods in the city centre. The tour highlights include The Orthodox and Lutheran Cathedrals, the largest stone church in Finland St. John’s Church and the non-denominational Chapel of Silence. Duration and distance 3 hours, 7 km. We will make coffee/tea stops on our route. Itinerary Below is a recommended itinerary for the tour, however, the route and attractions are going to be customized according to your groups’ wishes. The Helsinki Cathedral, Holy Trinity Church, The Uspenski Cathedral, St. John’s Cathedral, St. Henry’s Cathedral, Mikael Agricola Church, The Old Church, The Rock Church, Töölö Church, Kamppi Chapel.
