Arrival to Rome
At your arrival, you will meet your driver with a welcome board with your names written. Your personal driver will transfer you to your hotel in Rome. Free afternoon.

You will enjoy a cooking class with market tour. You will learn how to cook the best Italian food. The class begins with a visit to Rome’s famous Esquilino market, where you’ll start learning about the rich traditions of Roman food, and select the fresh, seasonal ingredients you’ll be using in the cooking lesson. Then you will go in a professional kitchen where you will learn how to prepare the dishes or pizza. Lunch included. In the afternoon, you will meet your personal driver to discover Rome with your professional guide. Start the tour from Michelangelo’s Campidoglio (Capitoline Hill) where you can look out over the Roman Forum area, then continue to Imperial Forums and the ruins of Colosseum.

Today, you will meet your personal driver and guide at the hotel lobby to visit the world’s smallest country and the center of the Catholic World – Vatican City. Visit the impressive St. Peter’s square and Church, and explore the Vatican Museums, Raffaello’s rooms and the Sistine Chapel. In the afternoon you will discover Rome with your guide. Start the tour from the city center to discover the monuments and the palace of the Baroque period: Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain and Piazza di Spagna.

Rome - Pompei - Amalfi Coast
On the way you, will stop in Pompei for a guided visit of the “scavi” and will recount the historical facts of this important city destroyed and buried by the eruption of Vesuvius in the morning of the August 24th 79AD. During the guided walking tour, you will have the opportunity to visit the Forum that was the center of religious and economic life, the Casa del Fauno, one of the largest, and most impressive private residences in Pompeii, the Termopolium a sort of ancient inns where the foreigners arrived in Pompeii could eat and buy wine, the Lupanare, famous for the erotic paintings. The eruption preserved exactly how it was, this important town of approx. 20,000 inhabitants completely covered in 30 feet of volcanic ash. We suggest wearing comfortable walking shoes.

This morning your personal driver will pick you up at the hotel to drive around the Amalfi Coast. Drive along the UNESCO World Heritage listed Amalfi Coast on 'state route 163' – a masterpiece of human engineering. You will stop in Amalfi to admire its Cathedral. Followng the natural outlines of Europe's most spectacular coastline, you will drive through picture-perfect villages, such as Ravello and verdant cliffs dotted with waterfalls.

Transfer from the hotel to the train station in Naples. Take the fast train to Florence. At your arrival, your personal driver will pick you up at Florence train station to reach your hotel.

This morning you will meet your personal guide at the hotel lobby to discover the city. From Repubblica square - the heart of the city. Stroll through streets, alleys of the medieval quarter to Palazzo del Bargello (exterior visit only) and Piazza della Signoria, where sculptures beckon. Continue walking along the Medici Chapels and Basilica di S. Lorenzo, church of the once influential Medici Family (exterior view only). Finally arrive at Piazza del Duomo and marvel at the vast Cathedral before stepping inside to admire the interior's intricate Gothic details. You will visit the Accademia Gallery, with the famous Michelangelo's masterpiece: The David. Florence is not only a town full of art and architecture, but the majority of its cultural heritage is up to the culinary experience. Indeed the eno-gastronomic aspect of the town is dated to the Renaissance period. You will enjoy a gourmet tour and you will also take a stroll through the epic Central Market, where you will taste most of delicious and typical food of Tuscany: breads, cheeses, great regional cols cuts, crostini, wine, sweets, balsamic vinegars, olive oils and seasonal specialties. Today your personal driver will pick you up at the hotel lobby to meet up with your “Searching Truffle” an expert Truffle-gatherer of the San Miniato hills, and his inseparable dog, you will lead for a walk in the woods with them. It’s the opportunity to discover this “treasure” hidden in the woods of San Miniato and the dog’s training methods. After the walk, some experts will explain to you the working processes and uses of truffle, then a wonderful tasting lunch of Truffles in a real truffle factory, where it is possible to understand better why this incredible product of the Earth is called the "White Gold" and taste a wonderful lunch of local food based on truffle ingredients. Your driver will transfer you to the Chianti area. You will visit a boutique winery where an expert will describe the production of local Chianti wine. You will enjoy a wine tasting.

Transfer from the hotel to the train station to take a fast train to Venice. Fast train from Florence to Venice. At your arrival you will meet your assistant help you with your luggage to board a private boat to reach your hotel.

Venice’s charm lies both in its unique civil engineering achievements, and in the harmony of Eastern and Western artistic styles that have flourished here over the centuries. Your tour highlights some of the major sites that define the look and history of Venice, and includes visits to Doges Palace, St Mark’s Basilica and St Mark’s square. In the afternoon you will take a ferry boat with your guide to visit Murano to see how the famous glass is made along with an expert glass connoisseur who will lead you through the closed doors of some glass master’s private studios. (option: have a private boat). You will continue to visit Burano, the island of lace and colourful fishermen houses.
