Day 1

place Arrival Day in Bariloche

Transfer from the Bariloche airport to your hotel in a private vehicle. Enjoy your free time to discover Bariloche. Suggested itinerary: - Visit the chocolate museum, the specialty of the city. Take the opportunity to take a break in one of the best chocolate shops in the city (Mamuschka, Rapa Nui ...). - Stroll on Avenida Bustillo and 12 de Octubre to enjoy the view of Lake Nahuel Huapi and the various mountain ranges that appear as a backdrop. Night at the Hosteria Costas Del Nahuel in a room overlooking the lake.

Day 2

place E-Bikes Guided Tour

Give yourself the pleasure of pedaling in the natural environment of Bariloche. The route, pedaling with electric mountain bikes, begins in the area of ​​Lake Gutiérrez, continues bordering the Gutierrez stream, and then the Casa de Piedra stream, discovering an old road, passing through a very beautiful wooded area to the southwest of Bariloche. The invitation is to pedal in the middle of nature, passing through the Casa de Piedra stream and bordering the beautiful Moreno Lake. All this making the most of this wonderful route and its panoramic landscapes assisted by the electric bike to enjoy without getting tired!

Day 3

place Floating Limay River

The Limay River is the best way to go over the Patagonian steppe. You will float among rock formations of volcanic origin, while watching birds and other animals that inhabit the river banks, such as guanacos and deer. We leave Bariloche, heading East, along route 237, bordering the Limay River. A few minutes later, we get to Rincón Chico, where our put-in is. After a short explanatory talk, we are given a life vest and a paddle in order to start the adventure. Once in the water, aboard the rafts, we will start our trip and we will float along the famous Anfiteatro (Amphitheater), Las Mellizas (the Twin Sisters) and Segunda Angostura (Second Angostura). After a two-hour ride, upon ending the trip near Villa Llanquín, we are received with cozy Patagonian hospitality at “El Mangrullo” (the guard tower), a comfortable shelter by the river, where we can relax and enjoy the flavors of the countryside. We then return to Bariloche.

place Trekking from Pampa Linda to Otto Meiling Refuge

Hiking - 14 km - Elevation +1060m - Moderate Intesity This trail takes you through a century-old Coihue forest that offers beautiful views over the valley below. After a rocky and steep terrain, you reach Otto Meiling mountain refuge, by the Tronador. Mount Tronador is an imposing dormant volcano located on the border between Argentina and Chile, culminating at 3 491masl. It was named Tronador (Spanish for 'Thunderer') by locals in reference to the sound of seracs falling. It was first climbed by Hermann Claussen on 29 January 1934 and shows three summit peaks. Its location in an area featuring abundant rains accounts for its ever-lasting snow and seven glaciers. Trekking details: 4h to 5h hike, steep ascent.

Day 5

place Trekking from Otto Meiling Refuge to Agostino Rocca Refuge

Hiking - 18 km - Elevation +1268 / -959m - Moderate Intesity This morning, prepare to cross the Alerce Glacier to the "Paso de las Nubes" - or "Cloud Path". After a short walk, tie up and put on crampons to cross the glacier - a great opportunity to get closer to this frozen world, its colors and crevasses. At the end of the glacier, you arrive on the ridge that takes you to the Paso de las Nubes. After a steep descent you cross green meadows until the refuge Agostino Rocca. Night in the Rocca Refuge. Trekking details: 6h to 7h hike.

Day 6

place Trekking to Frías Lake - Navigation

Hiking - 14 km - Elevation -1373m - Moderate Intesity This morning you leave the heights of Paso de las Nubes to go down into the valley to reach the Frias Lake - the turquoise waters contrast with the surrounding mountains. You cross woods of Nothofagus, native Andean trees of Patagonia before the navigation that will take you back to Bariloche. Trekking details: 6h hike.
