Lima: Exploring the gastronomical capital of Latin-America
Day 1 – Destination country to Lima Your Peru amazing holiday is on the go. As you go through arrivals at the airport in Lima, we will be waiting for you – just look for our sign with your name on it. We will take you to your hotel and assist with the check-in procedure. There is nothing better than a time to freshen up and relax to recover from the long flight, so we will leave you to rest. Overnight in Lima

Day 2 – Lima, City Tour and Cooking Experience (B,L)
Day 2 – Lima, City Tour and Cooking Experience (B,L) Breakfast included at hotel. After enjoying breakfast in your hotel, we will pick you up from your hotel to explore the City of Kings, to the heart of Peru’s “City of Kings”. Here you are going to see the Plaza Mayor; the square shows beautiful examples of colonial and republican architecture in the surrounding houses and you will visit the Cathedral of Lima. You will continue your tour heading to the Convent of San Francisco; this religious building is interesting because subterranean catacombs are one of the main attractions. We will drive you outside of the center of Lima to head towards Pueblo Libre neighborhood, home for the Larco Herrera Museum. Later on, we will head to the Modern districts of Miraflores and Barranco. At the end of the tour, we will take you to start the Cooking Experience tour where you will be able to prepare delicious dishes from our famous gastronomy! Cooking class with the preparation of one of our meals. This tour include fruits tasting. At the evening you will go back to your hotel, where they will give you some suggestions of places to see and dine within a walking distance from your hotel. Overnight in Lima

Day 3 –Lima – Arequipa, City Tour (B,L)
Day 3 –Lima – Arequipa, City Tour (B,L) Breakfast included at hotel. Transfer from hotel to the airport to take your flight to Arequipa. Upon your arrival you will be welcomed by our personnel and taken to your hotel. Afterwards you have the possibility to discover the colonial centre of Arequipa, which is also known the “White City” because the cityscape is dominated by white buildings. Lunch in a local restaurant, Picanteria. After that, you will start a guided city tour discovering the colonial centre of Arequipa, which is also called the “White City” because it is dominated by white buildings. First, you will visit the Plaza de Armas (the main square) and the visit to the Santa Catalina convent, a city within the city with alleys and colourful buildings. Then you will return to your hotel. Overnight in Arequipa.

Day 4 - Arequipa, Ruta del Pisco Experience Tour (B)
Day 4 - Arequipa, Ruta del Pisco Experience Tour (B) Breakfast included at hotel. Pick up and departure from Arequipa to the winery open since 1540. It is a pioneer growing grapes for pisco production. Its colonial architecture will lead us to the deepest roots of Peruvian pisco. We will have a tour of the estate, a bell tower, a vineyard and a wine cellar. We will also visit a handcrafted pisco cellar. Here you will be able to observe ancient clay vessels known as piscos and the unique oak press. Lunch not included. Later, we will head to TORO MUERTO petroglyphs are located in Uraca district of Castilla province (Arequipa region), where recent inventory records identified 2,584 stone carvings. Toro Muerto's recognition as world cultural heritage and the increase of visitors to the area. 3876 m. lenght for 250 m. width. Return to Arequipa. Overnight.

Day 5 - Arequipa, Colca Canyon (B, L)
Day 5 - Arequipa, Colca Canyon (B, L) Breakfast included at hotel. Departure to the canyon of Colca, which is one of the deepest canyons of the world. You will cross the national reserve of Salinas and Aguada Blanca, where you could observe wild vicunas. The road climbs gradually to reach its culminating point: the mirador of the volcanoes (4900m). From there, the view of Ampato (6400m), Sabancaya (5976m) and Huallca Huallca (6025m) are spectacular. You will go down to Chivay where you will have lunch (not included). In the afternoon, installation at your hotel and rest of the day free in order to enjoy the amenities or the activities offered by your hotel. Overnight

Day 6 - Colca Canyon - Cusco (B,D)
Day 6 - Colca Canyon - Cusco (B,D) Breakfast included at hotel. Early in the morning, departure to the Cruz del Condor, a viewpoint offering a spectacular view on the canyon of Colca. Here, you could observe the flight of the largest bird of the world the condor. On the return to Chivay, you will pass by the villages of Yanque, Coporaque, Achoma and Maca. Here the lifestyle of the locals is unchanged since the Inca period. In the afternoon, departure to Cusco where you will arrive in the evening. Upon your arrival, welcome and checking in your hotel. Dinner show in local restaurant. Overnight in Cusco

Day 7- Cusco (B,L) Breakfast included at hotel. This day will be dedicated to the discover of Cusco, also known as the inca capital. In the morning you will enjoy a Ceviche class show in a hotel nearby plaza de armas, where you will learn how to prepare our national dish. At the end you will have a delicious lunch. Accompanied with your expert local guide, you will first go out of the city center to visit the 4 major archeological sites situated in the periphery of Cusco: Q' enqo, Tambomachay, Pukapukara and finally Saqsayhuamán. This is an impressive fortress built on a hill dominating the city of Cusco. Then you will continue on a walking tour to the Plaza de Armas where you will visit the Cathedral. This is a stunning building that holds many paintings of the Cusquenian School. Your visit will end with the Santo Domingo monastery, ancient temple of the Sun, also named Koricancha. Overnight.

Day 8- Cusco – Sacred Valley, Maras, Chinchero , Ollantaytambo(B,L)
Day 8- Cusco – Sacred Valley, Maras, Chinchero , Ollantaytambo(B,L) Breakfast included at hotel. You will start your discovery of the sacred valley with the famous Salt Flat Maras. They date from the pre-Inca period and continue to be used like the old times by the locals. Lunch with locals in a typical house. Continue to Chinchero a charming town where you can apreciatte the weaving show. After the visit you will be transfered to Ollantaytambo. Overnight

Early morning you will visit Patacancha community where you will join Pachamanca cermenoy (dish based in meat on the bake with hot stones) After this you can go to participate Llamas shear up to the mountain. In the afternoon you will descend and you will take the train to Aguas Calientes. Upon your arrival, welcome and check in to hotel located at the botton of the Machu Picchu. Overnight.

Day 10- Aguas Calientes - Cusco (B)
Day 10- Aguas Calientes - Cusco (B) Breakfast included at hotel. Very early in the morning, you will take the shuttle bus to go up to the most famous Inca site of the Peru: Machu Picchu, “old summit” in Quechua. You will discover the architectural complex, still enveloped in the morning mist, built on top of a ridge and surrounded by precipices: a stunning view that evolves with the progression of the sun. You will roam through the streets of the citadel, its neighborhoods, squares, royal houses, agricultural zones, paths and observatories. After the guided tour, you will return to Aguas Calientes. In the afternoon, you board on the train. where you can take in the unmatched scenery in the open air. Upon your arrival at the terminal station, you will be transferred to your hotel in Cusco.

Day 11- Cusco – Valle Sur Andahuaylillas , Tipon, Lucre, Saylla - Cusco (B)
Day 11- Cusco – Valle Sur Andahuaylillas , Tipon, Lucre, Saylla - Cusco (B) Breakfast included at hotel. San Pedro of Andahuaylillas church is the major attraction for visitors due to its quality of art pieces which are considered as the “sixteenth chapel” of America. The Jesuits beginning of 17th century built it. It has classic architecture of small towns. Its walls are wide which is typical of colonial buildings made of mud bricks that were dried on the sun, with a façade decorated with murals and two stone columns on the main gate. We will visit Tipon, the royal precincts and gardens ordered to be built by Inca Wiracocha to be the home of Yawar Waqaj. We will be able to appreciate fountains and its beautiful canals that continue carrying the water that comes from underground canals. In this area we can appreciate how skillful the Incas were in their water Works. In the old times, water was worshipped in the Pujyus and cleaning rituals are still carried out according to ancient beliefs. Continuing with the tour, your guide will take you for various restaurant to taste guinea pig, duck and pork cooked in a special style in Tipon, Lucre and Saylla. Return to Cusco. Overnight.
