This is a family cheese factory that decided to bet on this way of life, the shepherding and the elaboration of high quality cheese, based on a millenary process of elaboration and contributing with their personal touch.

After this culinary experience, you will enjoy a delicious meal in a restaurant that stands out for its focus on local and traditional products. Here you will savor authentic and flavorful dishes that reflect the culinary identity of the region. After lunch free afternoon to, for example, visit the village of Agurain, founded in 1256 by the Castilian King Alfonso X 'The Wise' on the village of 'Harurahin' and its first centuries of life were marked by its frontier character and the disputes between the Crowns of Navarre and Castile over its control.

You will also have time to visit the gothic paintings of Alaiza and Gazeo. Murals that could be only ornamental or iconographic, with which to show through scenes warlike or religious messages to the people. It was a way of telling history to the illiterate people of the time, as in the church of Gaceo.
