Discover the rural and wild Portugal that you didn’t know exists. Come and learn about rewilding, learn about the positive side of agricultural abandonment, and discover nature in the process of restoration with a guided walk tour through nature. You can contribute to monitoring wildlife in the rewilding area through a citizen science platform, or even practice nature photography. 18:00 Arrival at Vilar Maior village in the afternoon. 20:30 Dinner at rural accommodation. The accommodation is in a rural typical house. Meals – breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included and made with local products. There are plant-based options.
