Today you have a half day shared group tour to Lagoa do Fogo. On this van tour you will go to the top of Fogo Mountain where you’ll have awesome views over Fogo Lake within the volcano’s crater and over the island and ocean. This vividly colored blue lake is known as one of the most beautiful lakes of the island. On the descent we drive you to the Caldeira Velha where you can take time to bathe and relax in a thermal pool that is surrounded by endemic fauna and flora. Overnight in Ponta Delgada.

Today you are going to have a half day shared group tour to Sete Cidades. On this half-day trip you will have the opportunity to see some of the most scenic lakes of São Miguel within the volcanic complex of Sete Cidades. In Sete Cidades you will enjoy the many wonderful views from some of the region’s belvederes (architectural structures sited to take advantage of the scenic views) as well as discover the ancient love story behind the formation of the green and blue lakes. A highlight of this tour is a stop at Ferraria where you can enjoy the unique experience of bathing in hot ocean water within a natural thermal pool that is heated by the forces of nature. Today you are going to have a full day tour to Furnas. On this tour we feel and experience the volcanic origins of the Island of Furnas, a magical place. We start by visiting the Caldeiras da Lagoa das Furnas (Furnas Lake Calderas), a place where we cook the famous “cozido das Furnas” (a very special meal cooked only with the steam of the Earth) and continue with a soft walk that crosses a stream and circles the lakeside. During this walk we have the opportunity to appreciate a variety of endemic flora species. Next we visit the town of Furnas, with its fumaroles and hot springs that contain water with different tastes. The Cozido meal is served in a local restaurant. After lunch, we visit the centenary Terra Nostra botanical garden that is famous for its extraordinary collection of native plants on the Azores, as well as others from all over the world that have adapted to the local garden conditions. At the end of the visit you are invited to bathe in an iron-rich hot water swimming pool that has a temperature of 35-40oC, an exquisite experience! On the way back to Ponta Delgada we stop at several beautiful viewpoints on the North Coast and also at the only tea plantation in Europe where we will be able to visit the working tea factory and have a lovely break to taste the tea. Today we suggest a full day tour to Nordeste. Spend the day exploring the Northeast of the island. The Northeast is a full natural and beautiful lush vegetation, situated in the most rugged part of the island, the region reflects the magnificence of the nature and of this island, visible in the various viewpoints that arise along the coast, as in the “Ponta do Sossego”, “Ponta da Madrugada” in “Tronqueira” or “Arnel” Lighthouse, among many other special places. It also has a beautiful architectural heritage, with monuments such as the Mother Church of “São Jorge”. The region is known for its beautiful gardens and manicured streets and roads, where the flowers seem to bloom in every corner. Land of long agricultural tradition, livestock and fishing. During this activity you will have the opportunity to watch some of more than 25 cetacean species that can be found in the Azores. Although nature offers no guarantees, whales and dolphins are regularly seen during our half day tours, along with turtles, seabirds and other marine life. Before the boat trip our biologists give you a briefing to explain which cetacean species can be observed, safety measures aboard, how we respect the animals and rules of observation at sea as well as some historical facts. Today you will have a full day jeep tour on the island. Today you will take the ferry for a full day tour to Pico. Meet the main sights of the Pico Island, contemplate the landscape of Vineyard Culture, a World Heritage site by UNESCO, the Whaling Tradition and natural beauty of the island’s Biodiversity, as well as different and unfamiliar sites to visitors. Today you will take the ferry for a full day tour in São Jorge Island, an island of cliffs, crags and fajãs, one of the greenest in the Azores archipelago and the perfect place for a holiday in contact with nature and the sea. Overnight in Horta.

Today you are going to take a flight to Terceira Island. There will be a private driver to take you to the airport. Arriving in Terceira, there will be a private transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Angra do Heroísmo.

Full day shared group tour on the island. Depart from Angra or Praia da Vitória and head to the top of Monte Brasil to enjoy an amazing view over Angra city and the south side of island. See also the crater of the extinct volcano that formed the mount. Then road trip along the pleasant south coast of the island, with views of Cabras islet and Salga bay, before stopping at São Sebastião, a typical Azorean small town. Start moving up the mountains that occupy the center of the island to reach the stunning lookout of Serra do Cume over the "patchwork" of green fields divided by black stonewalls. Continue to Serra do Facho for another great view, this time over Praia da Vitória town. In the afternoon visit the incredible geological sites of the island. Overnight in Angra do Heroísmo.

Today you are going to enjoy of a 2h boat trip to the Ilhéu das Cabras. Departing from Angra marina, start to sail out and enjoying great views of the city and the south coast of the island. Cruise comfortably parallel to the coast for about 45 minutes before arriving at the Cabras islet, a set of 2 interesting rocks separate from the main island by about 1 km. The boat goes right between the 2 rocks and around them, providing you the chance to observe their small caves and fractures from a short distance. You'll learn about the geological events that led to the formation of the rocks and the migrating birds that occupy them during the summer, before heading back to Angra. Overnight in Angra do Heroísmo.
