Arrival and assistance at Guatemala International Airport. Transfer to the colonial city of Antigua Guatemala, for accommodation.

Free time in Antigua. Free lunch (not included) In the afternoon, transfer to Pacaya volcano and start a steep hike through the volcano that will allow us to see the lava rivers, the smoking, and the hot spots left after an eruption. Beautiful sunsets will wait for you at the top of the volcano while you enjoy a pizza cooked in a lava oven. Overnight at the hotel.

Breakfast. In the morning you will be transferred to the town of Chichicastenango. Upon arrival in Chichicastenango, your local guide will join you to explore the largest indigenous market in the entire region, it is very colorful and famous for the diversity of products. During the town visit, you will discover the Church of Santo Tomás, known for its religious syncretism between the Catholic faith and the Mayan ancient worldview. Consider that the photographs inside both temples are forbidden. Local lunch included. In the afternoon transfer from Chichicastenango to Panajachel. Arrival in Panajachel, a small town that is located on the shores of the picturesque Lake Atitlan. You can walk on Santander Street where there are all kinds of restaurants, bars, and handicraft sales. Night accommodation at a selected hotel.

Breakfast. You will walk to the pier to take the boat to the village of San Juan la Laguna, where you will have a guided visit to the cooperative community of women weavers who still practice ancient techniques of the elaboration of the different traditional textiles. You will also visit the galleries of local artists paintings, cocoa workshop and learn the diversity and history of the still-living Mayan culture. Lunch included with a local family. At the end of the visit, you will return by boat to the town of Panajachel.

Breakfast. You will be transfer to Guatemala City during the morning and will enjoy a lunch in the City. After lunch you will be transfer to La Aurora international airport to take your domestic flight of one hour to Peten, in the north of the country. At your arrival your transfer will be ready to take you to the hotel in Flores to enjoy the rest of the night and rest.

Breakfast at the hotel. Private land transfer to Tikal National Park, located in the middle of a jungle, with spectacular Mayan temples of the classic Mayan period. During your walk within Tikal, you will see some of the most beautiful trees in the world, and more than 300 species of birds, monkeys, jaguars, and other animals. This magnificent site was listed by UNESCO as Cultural and Natural Heritage of Humanity and is a testimony to the greatness and significance of the Mayan Civilization. With more than 576 square km is considered the largest archaeologically excavated site on the American continent. Local lunch (drinks not included), at the indicated time, transfer back to your hotel in Flores.

Breakfast at the hotel. You will start the day with a private transfer from Flores to the border between Guatemala and Belize. After crossing the border, a private transfer will take you into Belize mainland. Next stop will be a real contact with nature. Float through an amazing system of flooded caverns. After your adventure, your transfer will continue to Placencia to take a rest and accommodate in your hotel.
