Day 1

place El Calafate, arrival - Transfer to the hotel & Nativo Experience with Dinner

On arrival you will be picked up from Airport and transfered to your hotel. Later in the afternoon you will be picked up from your hotel and taken to enjoy Nativo Experience. It is a 4×4 excursion along the coast of Lake Argentino that crosses the passage of the man on these lands, offering a paleontological approach to rediscover the stories of the first expeditions and daring adventurers who launched into the unknown. Between the cliffs, and overlooking the Andes Mountains, the tour focuses on the first contacts between the expeditionaries and the natives, and then enters the Tehuelche world. On the shores of the lake are the caves where thousands of years ago that culture left its marks on the rock that leads us to interpretation. The tour culminates in another cave, with dinner which makes us travel back in time. Overnight El Calafate in a 4* Hotel (Alto Calafate or similar)

Day 4

place Full day Visit to Torres del Paine National Park (Chile)

FULL DAY Travelling north south through the Patagonian steppe we arrive at the Argentinean/Chilean border crossing called Cancha Carrera until we have access to Torres del Paine National Park. The first panoramic viewpoint is to enjoy Lago Sarmiento and the whole Paine mountain range at the back. Once there, we descend making different stops to observe the exceptional surrounding mountains, glaciers, waterfalls, and lakes within the abundant nature and fauna, such as foxes, guanacos among others. (because of the panoramic windows of the vehicles, this can sometimes be enjoyed without descending). Then, an easy walk is done, which is not demanding. Depending on the group, passengers 68 can also make a more demanding tour with the guides (authorized by CONAF, Chile). In Laguna Amarga, the 4x4 vehicles take us over the Laguna coast to access the best viewpoint which offers magnificent views of the mountains, where you can see the imposing Torres del Paine. We make a stop here to take a short walk. After this, we continue towards Cascada Paine where we enjoy a picnic over Rio Pane shore, enjoying the view of Las Torres. This lunch is made outdoors, protected by the vegetation and the Overland tracks. Lunch boxes are included and they are really generous. Then the tour continues to make stops at different viewpoints (Laguna de los Cisnes, the top viewpoint of Nordenskjold) to arrive at Salto Grande, where we walk to the Mirador de los Cuernos del Paine. This is a guided trek and it lasts 2 hours. After this trek, the vehicles take us to another viewpoint, near the Lago Pehoe, where we appreciate the most famous views of the National Park, with the Cuernos and the Francés 69 Valley at the back, surrounded by Pehoe and Nordenskjold lakes. We can also admire Monte Paine Grande and Almirante Nieto.
