We pick you up at 8:30 AM for a short transfer outside of Hanoi, we have this morning to learn about Hanoi villages’ life, its traditions, and customs.

We walk and cycle along the villages, visiting local markets, some old houses, their worshipping temples, communal houses… then we have a small food demonstration before our lunch at one of the local family here.

In the afternoon, we set out from Dong Ngac, cycling on mostly rural lanes through surrounding villages to Lien Mac, a beautiful area of immaculately tended vegetables and flowers. Here you get a close-up look at the colorful fields and have the chance to chat with some of the local people out caring for their crops.  After taking another route from Lien Mac back to Dong Ngac, you’ll have a short break for a drink at your host family’s home, bid your farewells, and catch the van back to your hotel in Hanoi at around 5:00 PM. Free to have dinner and stay overnight at your hotel.

Depart from your Hanoi hotel at 8:00 AM transferring to Mai Chau on our spectacular drive. Upon arrival at Poom Coom village in Mai Chau, we get our room to take rest then the lunch is served at a local home. 

In the afternoon, we take an easy bike to wander around the villages to visit the ethnic Thai people, get more chance to see their daily life, rice paddies. Ride back before dark. Have dinner and stay overnight at homestay.

Here, daily life starts early. It is interesting for you to get up at the first sign of daylight, take a short walk to inhale the fresh air as you wish.

Breakfast then free on your own to relax and have lunch before we check out and drive back to Hanoi. Pause to visit the Muong’s culture museum and finish our day at your hotel in Hanoi around 6:30 PM.

Departure for Ha Long Bay is around 8:00 AM in a shared van from your hotel. At 10:30 AM, we pause for the water puppet show performed by local artists at a traditional Vietnamese village then have lunch. 

After that we go ahead for Ha Long Bay and arrive at the port around 1:30 PM. Welcomed on board, you are taken to your cabin before the trip briefing. Fresh, local seafood lunch while you cruise to Bai Tu Long Bay and admire the fascinating formations. Enjoy our padding around Cap La fishing village by kayak then we keep cruising to Cong Do and back to junk for swimming or enjoy relaxing or the sunset. Dinner and overnight on board.

Early risers can enjoy the sunrise and the quiet breath-taking beauty of Bay’s landscape. 

You have breakfast at 7:30 AM in the fresh air on board then take morning cruise to Cong Dam while discovering geological values of Bai Tu Long Bay with the thousands of islands and islets. Our lunch is served on boat before cruising to Hon Co island for swimming or kayaking to discover the stunning scenery of the Bay. Back to our junk. Take rest on your own cabin or enjoy your relaxing time. Have dinner and stay second night on the boat.

Take more chance to enjoy fresh air, gentle breeze of Bai Tu Long bay – a hidden charm in the early morning. Have breakfast on board at 7:30 AM then take a morning cruise around the magnificent scenery to a short rustic row boat by the locals of the Bay. Later take one more swim in the middle of the bay. There is ample time for the 11:45 AM check-out from the cabin while cruising back. Lunch on the boat as we slowly cruise back to port. We are ashore around 12:30 PM then hit the road back to Hanoi. Arrive in Hanoi around 5:30 PM. 

Dinner today is with and by a Hanoian family, where you got the chance to learn about the culture and daily life of Hanoian and the family tradition. Back to your hotel by around 10:00 PM.

Breakfast at the hotel and free at your own leisure to relax until we pick you up for noon - flight to Da Nang. Airport pick up upon arrival then transfer to Hoian for about 30’. Check in beach hotel and spend the night here.

At 8.00 AM, 8:00 AM, we meet you at your hotel for a very short transfer to the boat docks. Today, we go to a fishing village where you see and experience the life of the fisherman. You do some fishing-related activities such as preparing the fishing tools. Afterwards, we have a short basket boat ride along the village full of lush water coconut trees. We then cycle on the country road through the rice paddy and corn fields as well as alongside numerous coconut trees to a vegetable village. On arrival, you are welcomed with friendly smiles and special welcome drinks: “E” water or local tea. Take part in cooking class with the local family, and under the instruction of preparing ingredients, you cook Hoian special foods and enjoy lunch here.

Our afternoon is continued with some sightseeing to famous cultural sites around the charming Hoian, where we discover a preserved pagoda, an assembly hall and the Japanese Covered Bridge. Afterwards, we bring you back to your hotel at around 5:00 PM.

Today free at your leisure to explore biggest city in Vietnam. You can visit the Notre Dame Cathedral, the historic Central Post Office, City Hall and Ben Thanh market, Independence Palace… Stay overnight in HCM City.

Depart HCM City at 8:00 AM from your hotel. Head south to Cai Be. Upon arrival, we board on a boat for a journey through the Mekong's floating market where we see how river life goes on here and watch the trading between merchant ships and local farmers. It’s very lively and exciting. We continue cruising through the secluded canals and cross the Mighty Mekong to an island where we stop to enjoy fresh seasonal fruit before boating to Vinh Long. Back on the bus for our trip to Can Tho to overnight. On arrival, check in your homestay.

An early start for a boat trip to Cai Rang floating markets, then we have some distance to cover. First a cruise, then a walk on a quiet country road taking in the magnificent scenery and getting a little bit closer to the locals. Learn about their daily life. In the afternoon we head back to HCM City. At your hotel around 5:30 PM.
