For lovers of fine cuisine, a day to enjoy the regional cuisine of the Northwest. During the morning, a visit to San Miguel Market, where local products and spices, and various oddities will capture the attention of many. Based on a list according to the dish to cook, we´ll seek out the best ingredients as well as be in contact with local culture. We develop a kitchen activity, where customs and stories will be shared at a regional cuisine while the dish is prepared advised by a local chef, to conclude finally tasting the same.

The journey starts from Salta city to the south, through route 68 traversing the Lerma Valley and its historical towns. We reach Quebrada de las Conchas (the Shell´s Gorge), where wind and water erosion carved curious shapes on the rocks (The Amphitheater, Devil´s throat, The Toad, The Castles, among others). Today we will visit some wineries, famous for their production of Torrontes, with special characteristics due to the particularities of the climate and land. Then we visit the Museum of Vine and Wine, and two wineries to taste their wines. After lunch (not included) we return to Salta. Accommodation.
