Gastronomy OUR MEALS PROGRAM Our meals are based on local regional cuisine; a fixed menu is served for lunch and a different one for dinner. Should you require it, we always include a vegetarian or gluten-free option and our resident Chef is open to our guests’ suggestions. In our full-day excursions, each guest carries his own lunch box with a delicious and nutritious gourmet meal to recharge batteries during the activity.

Our Reserve offers 6200 hectares of Patagonian Andean Forests with numerous circuits for the most incredible activities in Nature. Your stay includes daily excursions you can choose that demand different levels of physical effort. These excursions will allow to tour the lenga and ñire forests, cross melting snow formed creeks and discover at every step new landscapes in imposing Patagonia. In our excursions we will be able to view the most representative local fauna animals: woodpeckers, caiquenes, condors, foxes and deer, among others. Summer: Horseback riding, Trekking and Mountain Biking (Between November and April). Winter; Horseback riding, Snow Shoes and Ski Touring (During July, August and September).

During the day, meals are the perfect break to regain energy after all the exciting Nature based activities, a pause to relax and enjoy delightful local flavors surrounded by panoramic views. At night, it’s time to celebrate, the celebration of the fabulous day we spent outdoors horseback riding, walking or biking. For dinner we’ll delight our taste buds with the finest local dishes: Patagonian beef, lamb and trout, sweet and sour flavors combining berries, mushrooms and local vegetables, paired with the best Patagonian wines and beers, will be served to celebrate the end of the day. We also offer an exquisite selection of Patagonian wines and beers to accompany your meals. At night, you can also enjoy the best drinks at our Domo Living area.
