Arrival - Bucharest City Tour
Bucharest has the allure that many other capitals have: new buildings combined with historical monuments (such as the Palace of the Parliament) and the hustle of a restless city. Your journey in the country of supernatural and vampires will start from the capital city and it has so many included activities. This Dracula tour will let you explore all the places that are related to the mysterious phenomena and mythical creatures that failed to be explained. At only a few kilometers away from Bucharest, you will reach Snagov Monastery. The monastery is located on a small island at the center of Lake Snagov and has only a tiny chapel inhabited by one monk. The former church has sunk and is now in the depths of the water. People say that its sunken bell can still be heard tolling. In the evening you will visit Bucharest's Old Centre. The narrow streets nowadays, which are filled with stylish bistros and cafes, are the place that public trials were held. The judge of these trials was the Wallachian prince Vlad the Impaler (Vlad Tepes), the man that inspired the legend of Dracula. The day ends with a lovely dinner at a cozy restaurant.
