Day 1

place Welcome to Madrid

Upon arrival at the Madrid-Adolfo Suarez Airport, you will be taken to your hotel by private transfer.
Then, your local guide will take you on a city tour on foot or by electric bicycle to show you the main highlights of the city. The tour ends in a popular restaurant, where you will eat “Cocido Madrileño” a typical Madrid stew. This is a superb restaurant that takes a lot of pride in its cuisine using only the best produce and traditional cooking methods, respecting the tradition, ingredients, and flavors of four generations. At sunset, you will enjoy a Spanish wine tasting session with a local entrepreneur who has her own wine shop in the popular neighborhood of Lavapies. Cheers!

Day 2

place Madrid

After breakfast, enjoy free time to explore the city until late afternoon. Then, take a tour in Las Letras neighborhood, an area of Madrid where the most famous writers of the Spanish Golden Age, such as Cervantes and Lope de Vega lived. Today, this neighborhood hosts chic and traditional taverns featuring unique tapas inspired by the classics. Let your palate to enjoy the best of tapas.

Day 3

place Toledo

Early start today. After breakfast, you will take a train to Toledo, a fantastic Unesco World Heritage Site. Upon arrival, take a unique tour of the city with an eco-guide over the Tagus river banks, where you will have a different perspective of the medieval city and learn about the natural environment. After the tour, enjoy some free time to discover the city on your own. Visiting the historic center, the Alcazar or the synagogues. At sunset, return train trip to Madrid.

Day 4

place Segovia

After breakfast, take a high-speed train to Segovia. (Note: transfer to/from the train station to the city center/hotel not included). Leave your luggage at the hotel and go explore the wonders of the historic center: the Cathedral, the Alcazar, the Aqueduct or the Jewish quarter. Today's lunch is not included but we can provide you with recommendations. After the day's tour, enjoy a superb dinner at a Sephardic restaurant of your hotel that has important historical heritage of the 15th century.

Day 5

place Cordoba

After breakfast, take a high speed train to Córdoba. (Note: transfer from the train station to the accommodation is not included). Your local guide will be waiting for you to take you on a guided tour of the city recognised as Unesco World Heritage Center. Visit the picturesque courtyards of the city—also Intangible Cultural Heritage— and the spectacular Cathedral-Mosque. You will also stop at a small workshop of a
Guadamec artisan who continues to use this Andalusian artistic technique.

Day 6

place Cordoba

After breakfast, a private transfer will take you to Medina Azahara, a fantastic archaeological site that was ordered to be built by the first caliph of Córdoba, Abderramán III, about 8km outside of Cordoba, at the valley of Sierra Morena. You will visit the site with a private guide, and on your return to Cordoba you will have free time to continue discovering the city on your own.

Day 7

place Seville

After breakfast, take a train to Seville, capital of Andalusia. A private transfer will be waiting for you to take you to your accommodation in the historic center of the city. Once you have settled in, you will take a guided bike tour of Seville, a fun and entertaining way to get to know the city. After the city tour, have some free time to rest before enjoying a night of Flamenco and tapas in the popular neighborhood of Triana. This will indeed be one of the highlights of your trip.

Day 8

place Sevilla

After breakfast, a private transport will take you to the quirky town of Rinconada to visit a fantastic organic olive grove for a guided tour. Learn about the olive oil culture and enjoy a tasting session of one of the best olive oils in the world. Before you leave, enjoy a delicious lunch made with local produce. You are free the rest of the day to enjoy Seville.

Day 9

place Barcelona

Get up early today to catch a flight to Barcelona. Upon arrival, take a public transport to reach your accommodation in the heart of the city. Enjoy a free day to wander around the city and discover the city center and the many highlights of this vibrant metropolis.


Dinner tonight will be served in a solidarity gastronomic project called Mescladis. Enjoy exquisite Mediterranean cuisine with values, since the gastronomic offer allows the economic sustainability of their Cooking Opportunities Program and several Community Development projects. As a client, you will be supporting the project. When you order a coffee, choose something from the menu or have a beer. You are creating opportunities for social cohesion in Barcelona.

Day 10

place Barcelona

After breakfast, meet your local naturalist guide to discover Barcelona from another perspective: the urban nature and green spaces that shape the city is the focus of today's tour.


After the tour, you have free time to explore Barcelona. Tonight's dinner will be at a traditional winery in the popular neighborhood of Poble Séc.

Day 11

place Goodbye Spain!

Your Spanish tour has come to an end. At designated time, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight back home.
