Upon arrival to the airport, meet our representative and transfer to your Jerusalem hotel.
Jerusalem Old City
Visit the significant sites of Jerusalem, start by getting an overview and some explanation from your guide about the city from the Mt. of Olives. After that, you will go to the Old City Walk for a walking tour. Start by passing by the Western Wall before ascending the Haram-al-Sharif. Here you will see the beautiful Dome of the Rock mosque and the Al Aqsa Mosque, both overlooking the Old City. Stroll through the Muslim quarter along the Via Dolorosa and towards the church of the Holy Sepulcher, where Jesus was crucified. Walk through the newly restored Jewish Quarter and visit the Roman Cardo before going to the tomb of King David and the Room of the Last Supper on Mt. Zion, just outside the Old City.

Bethlehem & Hebron
Spend the morning visiting the religious and cultural sites of Bethlehem, including the Mosque of the Caliph Omar in Manger Square and the Church of Nativity. Travel to Hebron (security situation permitting) to visit the Mosque of Ibrahim and the shops in the Old City.

Masada & the Dead Sea
Depart Jerusalem via the Judean hills to the Dead Sea, the lowest place on earth. Visit a Dead Sea cosmetic products shop. Drive along the shores of the Dead Sea to Masada and learn about the heroic story of the Jewish fighters. Ascend by cable car and tour the mountain fortress built by King Herod, where the Zealots of the first century made their last stand against the Romans. Visit the remains of the walls, palace, synagogue, water cisterns, mosaic floors, roman baths and other findings. Continue to the Dead Sea. Enjoy the unique opportunity to float in the Dead Sea at a private beach (including buffet lunch) and cover yourself with the mineral rich mud that many believe has its therapeutic effects. After the touring, you will return to Jerusalem.

Sea of Galilee and Golan Heights
Leave Jerusalem in the morning again through the Judean hills, but this time you will drive north towards the Sea of Galilee. Stop by Beit Shean, a city that was part of the so-called Decapolis during the Roman times. The will give you a beautiful overview of the Jordan Valley. Visit Capernaum, to see the synagogue where Jesus preached and the recent excavations of the House of St. Peter. Sail in the Sea of Galilee in a wooden boat. Ascend to the Golan Heights to view the panoramic view of the peaks of Mt. Hermon, the rugged plateau of the Golan Heights. Enjoy a view of the Syrian Golan Heights while standing on the old fortification at Mt. Bental.

Nazareth & Akko
Depart from the Sea of Galilee through the hill of the region. Explore Nazareth, known as the birthplace of Jesus and today to most populate Arab city in the North of Israel. They have the best knaffe in Israel (a typical dessert of the local Arab population). Ask your guide if he knows a place where you can taste it. Drive on to visit Akko. This ancient city was a major port during the crusader era where you can visit the citadel and escape tunnel, used by the crusaders when the city fell in hands of the Mamluks in 1291. Even today, it still has an old muslim centre with the Al Jazzar Mosque and it’s typical Al-Abyad Souk.

Caesarea & Jaffa
From Akko, you will drive south to Tel Aviv. First stop is Haifa. You will get a scenic view of the city, the port and the magnificent Baha'i gardens and shrine. In the distance, across the bay, you will see Akko where you spent the night earlier. Onto Caesarea, the ancient Roman capital and port, enjoy a walking tour of the theatre and the archaeological ruins and excavations, including a mosque from 19th century built by Bosnian Muslims. Drive further southwards along the coastal road for the last part to Tel Aviv. Officially named Tel Aviv-Jaffo, the ancient neighbourhood of Jaffa is part of the modern vibrant city. Jaffa is said to be the oldest port in the world and was used for trade by both Muslims and the crusaders throughout the ages. You will end your day with a short walking tour in picturesque alleys of the old, fortified town of Jaffa.

Tel Aviv
Touring on own, recommendations for this day: Discover the city by walking around on your own (self-guided). Start at Rabin Square. Here you will find the City Hall of Tel Aviv and a memorial on the location where Israel’s Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin was assassinated in 1995. Continue to Rotschild Boulevard, one of the main streets in Tel Aviv and full with Bauhaus-style buildings. Here you will find Independence Hall, the location where Israel’s Independence was declared on May 14, 1948. Walk from here to the Carmel Market and make sure you taste some of Tel Aviv’s amazing street food! And when you feel you have seen it all, take some time to go to the beach for some sunbathing and swimming.
