Accompanied by a local expert, you'll pedal effortlessly thanks to your e-bike, heading uphill through shady woods and olive groves with spectacular sea views. Your route follows the ancient Roman road Via dei Monti, leading you to tiny hamlets like Costa and Casella, where time seems to stand still.


As you descend towards Framura—one of the most charming and least crowded coastal villages—you’ll pass through terraced vineyards and forested hills with panoramic stops overlooking the turquoise Ligurian Sea. toward the Punta Mesco promontory. As you ascend, the view opens onto dramatic coastal cliffs, pine forests, and the

shimmering blue of the Ligurian Sea. This route, part of the Cinque Terre National Park, is a perfect balance of effort and

reward—ideal for nature lovers and photography enthusiasts alike.

At the top of Punta Mesco (321 meters above sea level), you’ll find the ruins of the 13th-century Hermitage of Saint

Anthony, a peaceful spot that offers one of the most iconic views of the Cinque Terre coastline. After a break to soak in the

panorama, begin the descent toward Monterosso, walking through terraced landscapes dotted with Mediterranean scrub

and stone walls.

As the sea draws nearer, the colorful village of Monterosso al Mare appears below—its beaches, vineyards, and ochrehued

houses welcoming you at the end of your walk. Once in Monterosso, enjoy some free time to explore the village and

relax by the sea.
