Day 1

place Arrival

Upon arrival to airport meet our representative after passport control and transfer to your Jerusalem hotel (check-in after 14:00). You have no touring planned for today, so you can spend any time you have at leisure....

Day 2

place Jerusalem Old City Tour

Today, you will make a guided tour of the Old City. You will be picked up from your hotel to meet your guide at Mount of Olives. From here, you will have a beautiful overview of Jerusalem and your guide will be able to give you extra insights. After that, you will go to the Old City Walk for a walking tour. See the stations of the Via Dolorosa and the church of the Holy Sepulchre. Visit the tomb of King David and the Room of the Last Supper on Mt. Zion. Walk through the newly restored Jewish Quarter. Visit the Roman Cardo, the Herodian Quarter and continue to the Western Wall.

Day 3

place Bethlehem (half day)

Be picked up from your hotel and drive to the city of Bethlehem for a tour with a Palestinian guide. Walk through Manger Square to visit the Church of Nativity, the oldest Church in the Holy land. Descend to the Grotto of Nativity, where a Silver Star in the floor marks the spot where Christ is believed to have been born. Proceed to the Church of Milk Grotto where the Virgin Mary nursed baby Jesus and according to tradition, a drop of her milk spilt and turned the stones white. Next, visit Shepherds' field. Stop at a local souvenir store and return to Jerusalem. In the afternoon, you will have the opportunity to stroll through Jerusalem a bit more on your own.

Day 4

place Masada and the Dead Sea

Depart Jerusalem via the Judean hills to the Dead Sea, the lowest place on earth. Visit a Dead Sea cosmetic products shop. Drive along the shores of the Dead Sea to Masada and learn about the heroic story of the Jewish fighters. Ascend by cable car and tour the mountain fortress built by King Herod, where the Zealots of the first century made their last stand against the Romans. Visit the remains of the walls, palace, synagogue, water cisterns, mosaic floors, roman baths and other findings. Descend by cable car. Continue to the Dead Sea. Enjoy the unique opportunity to float in the Dead Sea and cover yourself with the mineral rich mud that many believe has its therapeutic effects. Return to your Jerusalem hotel.
