First, we visit Awanacancha, an Andean textile center whose key objective is to maintain the wealth of Incan textile art and keep their traditions alive. Then, we head to the town of Pisac, famous for its ruins which lie atop a hill at the entrance to the valley and separated into four groups: P`isaqa, Inti Watana, Q`allaqasa, and Kinchiraqay. We visit the Inti Watana group which includes the Temple of the Sun, baths, altars, water fountains, a ceremonial platform, and an inti watana - a volcanic ritual stone used as an astronomic clock or Inca calendar to define the change seasons. Buffet lunch will be served at Ayasqa Valle Sagrado Restaurant Located in the heart of the Sacred Valley, Yanahuara, this restaurant is the perfect stop on the energy route of the Valley and a preamble to Machupicchu, the miscegenation of the environment, architecture, art, customs and nature are directly reflected in the letter we present, food Fresh, natural, with simple cooking and with an incidence in search of local and seasonal supplies, the sum of these factors make a taste experience of flavors, textures and transmit the geographical and climatic benefits of the area in each bite. Very well complemented with an idealistic and unexpected color environment. We continue to the Pisac Market, which was the place of reunion for all artisans of the region to get together and exchange or buy and sell their products. Last but definitely not least, we visit the Inca fortress and citadel of Ollantaytambo.
