The meeting is set at 9 am with your local guide for a day in the Alpilles Nature Park. Its wildlife and natural surroundings as well as its old traditions are proudly preserved for a long time! There you'll get the chance to enjoy strolls in the middle of the mountains with forests of pines and oak trees as well as wonderful green plains. Perched on a rocky plateau and surrounded by these landscapes, the medieval village of Les Baux de Provence is an ideal spot to discover the region with your chauffeur guide. You'll then head to a must-see of the region: a traditional oil mill! Owned by families of producers, these mills are extracting protected designations of origin olive oils from the Baux valley. They are very fruity oils with flavors of almond, hazelnut, and artichoke... Anne and Magali, your hostesses of the day and owners of the estate, propose a quality visit in this privileged setting where you'll enjoy the authenticity of the place and be told about the family stories and anecdotes. The guided tour starts in the olive trees orchard where you'll learn all about the olive industry, the history of the olive tree, and its resources. The visit will continue in the roman and provençal chapel of the property and then in the mill, where you'll be taught about the "miller" job, from the most ancient methods to the most modern ones. In the heart of the Alpilles, you'll enjoy some tasting advice as well as a cooking class on the olive oil theme, of course, with a chief! In the afternoon, you'll meet another guide in St Rémy de Provence for a visit to this typical provençal village which inspired the works of the famous artist, Vincent Van Gogh. Even though it has become a chic and popular spot for artists and celebrities, this charming village with its streets bordered by plane trees, little shops, cafés, and restaurants, remains a very pleasant place for this end of the day!

What will you do during the day: reading by the pool, gourmet stroll through a local market to stock up on Provençal products to taste at the Mas ... The choice is yours!

You'll start this Ebike day with your guide in the very nice provençal spot of St Rémy de Provence. After a briefing by your expert guide to know how to use the bikes, you'll be ready to explore the beautiful Alpilles region! The Alpilles natural regional park, its protected natural environment, and well-preserved traditions are waiting for you. You'll ride in stunning settings between mountains, pines, olive tree fields, and green plains. On your way, you'll admire the typical villages of the region such as Les Baux de Provence, Maussane Les Alpilles, and Eygalières. After a morning on the roads, your guide will offer a local picnic with fresh products to savor in the shade of an olive tree, surrounded by the wild provençal nature! You'll then be back in St Rémy de Provence and drop off your bikes. This early afternoon will be dedicated to relaxation. You'll have some free time to visit the city center of St Rémy or just have a rest at your hotel. It's around 4 pm that you'll join Elsa, a native of the region who will host a lavender atelier for you. She will explain all the traditions around this famous Provençal plant and show you how to create your own lavender spindles! This will be a great opportunity to bring this Provençal smell back home, as a souvenir (experience doable in summer only). You'll finish this day on the lavender thematic on a high note with a cocktail moment followed by a gastronomic dinner in a traditional and charming domain of Saint Rémy de Provence!

Discover the Provençal art of living for a day in Saint Rémy de Provence. Start your day by selecting the different local ingredients for your menu. Fresh cheese from the cheese dairy, selection of meat and fish on the local food market in Saint Rémy; then visit the house of your host, a typical Provencal countryside home. Continue the day with a cooking session with the realization of one of the best recipes that you will have the opportunity to taste afterward around a convivial lunch. You will end the day with a small digestive stroll on the property before leaving with the recipe for the dishes you have designed today.

Take advantage of this day to take a short break between two Provençal experiences and appreciate the charm and comfort of your farmhouse and its surroundings. This may be the perfect time to test the pétanque court!

With your guide, go through the old streets of Avignon for a gourmet stroll! Meet the artisans of the city and taste the Provençal specialties. Bakery, chocolate factory, cheese dairy ... discover the best artisans of Avignon. At the end of the visit, you will have a meeting for a tasting of Châteauneuf du Pape, chosen by an expert.
