Day 1

place Arrival and Transfer

Arrive Male International Airport where you will be greeted by one of our team who will assist you with your public ferry transfer to your local island in North Male Atoll. The ferry operates every day excluding FRIDAY and leaves Male in the afternoon taking three hours to journey across the Indian Ocean to Dhiffushi. View the beauty of the many Maldives islands that pass you by, keeping your eyes open for dolphins. Sit alongside the fruit and vegetables, mattresses and electrical items that have been purchased that day and chat with the locals. For guests arriving before afternoon ferry departure a complimentary Male walking tour is offered. Upon arrival at your guesthouse experience traditional ‘hedikaa’ - Maldivian savoury and sweet short eats served with black tea.
