Welcome to Buenos Aires & Closed Door Dining Experience
Your guide will be waiting at Ezeiza International Airport and transport you to your hotel in Buenos Aires (which is approximately one hour away). The guide will give you a briefing of the exciting trip ahead as well as help familiarize you with Buenos Aires. The rest of the day is free for you to explore this bustling city. In the evening, get dinner at CASA COUPAGE and learn about the breadth of Argentine wine with a sommelier as your guide. Casa Coupage is a unique space where you can discover & interpret wine paired with delicious Argentinian modern food in a truly personal atmosphere. Dinner is held in a charming dining room of a late 19th century house. The sommelier of the house guides the experience and provide background information regarding the specific terroir, variety of grape, and winemaker. Guests will be greeted by the owner of the house with a refreshing glass of Torrontés wine as an opener. Afterwards, a comparative blind tasting of three distinguished red wines, will provide the opportunity to discuss blends, varietals, styles and wine evolution. These wines will be paired with the main dish and a cheese tasting. Finally, the last wine will be presented in accompaniment of dessert. In all, guests will taste 7 different labels selected amongst excellent Argentinean wines. Transfers to/from the restaurant are not included. They can be added upon request with an extra cost. Private City Tour & Barbecue Dinner Experience
In the morning, you will have the chance to explore some of the top spots in Buenos Aires with a private guide who will take you around the highlights in town: Plaza de Mayo, which is home to the national government palace & the Metropolitan Cathedral. This historical, political, and foundational epicenter of the city is a great starting point for the city tour. One of Buenos Aires' oldest neighborhoods, San Telmo. You will visit La Boca, famous for its brightly-painted houses and coventillos (communal housing tenements). You will also visit the city's youngest neighborhood, Puerto Madero, which is situated on the riverside along the Río de la Plata. Palermo, the largest neighborhood in town, is home to huge parks as well as some of Buenos Aires' trendiest bars, clubs, and fashion boutiques. The European style district, Recoleta, is home to an array of fashionable restaurants, cafés, boutiques, malls, and luxury hotels which you'll find along tree-lined avenues. Pick up at the hotel and private transfer to the airport to take your flight to Mendoza, most famous wine country located West of Argentina. Upon arrival, reception at the airport and transfer to CASA DE UCO WINE RESORT, a unique enclave on 320 hectares of lush green land in the heart of the Uco Valley. At Casa de Uco Vineyard & Wine Resort we invite you to live and breathe the wine culture, in an unbeatable setting at the foothills of the Andes Mountains. Uco Valley Wine Experience
The spectacular mountain views in Uco Valley offer the perfect setting as we enjoy the different aromas and flavors of these high-altitude wines at the best wineries in the region. The wineries we will visit include: Corazon del Sol, 17 acres of vineyard planted at the base of the Andes at an elevation of 3,000 feet, with a visually stunning backdrop. In this winery, in addition to its excellent bottled wines, we will taste tank and barrel wines. Domaine Bousquet, a winery that holds the legacy of a long and prestigious history under the Bousquet name. This winery comes from a family with four generations of winemaking history who started making wine in Carcassonne in southern France. The winery is located in Tupungato, at the foot of the Andes, and is surrounded by vineyards that produce high-quality organic grapes. These grapes express the purity and intensity of varietal character which is reflected in the wines. Andeluna, which was started in 2003 with the intention of providing some of the best models of quality wine in the country. The winery has a romantic atmosphere as its set in the Valley of Tupungato at the foot of Tupungato Volcano. In the evening, the moon illuminates the Andes mountains. During this visit, you'll visit the vines and learn about the winemaking methods which make their wines special. The walk invites you to go through different cellars to preserve their award-winning wines, first, Hell, then Purgatory and then, Paradise. A winery to experience a different day, where the charm of wine, excellence in gastronomy and literature, merge to present a unique wine tourism proposal. Bodegas Caro: Located in the heart of Mendoza, in a cellar dating from the late 1800s, this is the result of the union between the Catena family, owner of Bodega Catena Zapata and the Rothschild family, owner of the iconic Bordeaux winery Château Lafite.

Some of the activities to enjoy the resort in this free day during this day might include horseback ridings, bike rides and the winery visit. If you prefer, the tennis court, the swimming pool or the spa will be also available. We include a unique cooking class! Discover the secrets of Argentine cuisine with an outdoor cooking class just steps from the Andes Mountains. Participate in using the seasonal products that are found in our garden and prepare them by practicing the first cooking method discovered by our early ancestors: fire. At the end of the class, you will be able to taste each of the cooked dishes paired with our variety of wines.

Pick up at the hotel and transfer to the airport to take your flight back to Buenos Aires. Upon arrival, reception at the airport and transfer to the hotel. Rest of day at leisure. In the evening, prepare yourself for an authentic Tango Show & Dinner. You will be picked up from the hotel to enjoy a memorable night out in Buenos Aires and experience the passion of the Argentine tango. Enjoy a show with live orchestras, professional dancers and singers as well as a delicious three-course dinner. After the show, you will be transferred back to the hotel.
