ITINERARY: We reserve the right to make any amendments to the itinerary as long as the amendments are not essential to the rest of the tour. All our travel itineraries can be used as inspiration and customized upon request. In the event of natural disasters, road blocks or political unrest we reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary, but of course trying to find and equivalent replacement to the original activities. All of the hotels will be booked in a country specific category that does not always correspond to the international standard. Please note that there is no official hotel certification system in Mexico. TOURS: Small group travel: Please keep in mind that day trips with small groups often requires patience and understanding, because every group has a certain dynamic. Sometimes the group stops at souvenir shops and markets. The indicated duration times of the tours are always approximated because especially in big cities traffic is unpredictable. This is also why the order of the stops can sometimes be changed. For closures of attractions, as well as natural disasters and political unrest we reserve program changes. Of course we always try to offer you an equivalent replacement offer. In these cases no refunds can be made. High Season Travelling (Christmas / New Year’s and Easter holidays): Travelling in Mexico during high seasons presents some exceptional conditions. This means that there may be delays, overbookings and longer waiting times at museums or archaeological sites. We try our best to assure that all services are carried out as confirmed but especially in the states of Chiapas and Yucatan small groups can sometimes convert to larger groups. We kindly ask you for your understanding. HOTELS: All of the hotels will be booked in a country specific category which does not always correspond to the international standard. Please note that there is no official hotel certification system in Mexico. Hotel selection is subject to availability. If the aforementioned accommodations are fully booked or over booked, we reserves the right to replace them with equivalent hotels.

COVID: If, due to the current situation and the change in the color of the corona traffic lights in individual states, sights / beaches / museums / restaurants / events are closed at short notice or cannot take place, flights or buses are canceled, we offer equivalent alternatives. We cannot accept responsibility for decisions made by local governments, and no refunds or additional costs for alternative means of transport are available. Liberty is a great good and we respect it. Nevertheless, we also have a responsibility to all of our travelers, but also to the local Mexican population. You, as well as your guides, should feel comfortable on our tours and for this reason we have decided that, in all our senses, that we will ask for a full corona vaccination or the recovered status before starting your trip with us from September. With the discontinuation of the vaccination prioritization, everyone has the opportunity to be vaccinated until September and thus, even in the event that Mexico becomes a high-risk area again, there is no longer any quarantine obligation and the trips can be carried out. If you still want to travel unvaccinated, which we also respect, then a negative rapid test must be presented before every tour / transfer. Of course, these proofs can also be presented by our guides and drivers on request if you are interested. Should Mexico become a virus variant area, free rebookings (no cancellations) are possible at any time. We will NOT issue any refunds to unvaccinated travelers due to quarantine conditions.
