Montenegro tour from Dubrovnik
Dubrovnik Pick up from selected hotels within Dubrovnik area. Konavle valley Scenic ride through Konavle valley, the southernmost region that extends from Cavtat to the Montenegro border in the south, while in the north borders with Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is a small region with a distinctive nature, rocky coast from Cavtat to the south, mountains on the north and green valley in between, interlaced with river Ljuta waterfalls and two smaller rivers Kopacica i Konavocica. This area is called “The Golden Valley” of Dubrovnik as the most fertile ground, close to Dubrovnik town. For centuries Konavle has been the main Dubrovnik Republic granary with the system of mills on the river Ljuta. Kotor Arrival to Kotor, free time. The Bay of Kotor is one of the most unique natural attractions of the Mediterranean. Kotor is situated in the triangle bound by the sea, river Škurda and hill Saint Ivan, on top of which stands the fortress of San Giovanni. The old town of Kotor is fortified by high walls up to 20m high and 10m wide, built sometime between the 9th and 18th century. Above the old town the fortress can be seen from afar, on the hill Saint Ivan (260m). The town gates are a unique example of fortifications in Europe. Budva Arrival to Budva free time. You must have heard about Budva, also called the ‘Miami of Montenegro’. This medieval city is more than 2,500 years old, making it one of the oldest settlements on the Adriatic coast. Budva is located in the central part of the Montenegrin coast, the area surrounding the city is called the Budva Riviera, and it is the centre of Montenegro tourism. The city might be small (around 60,000 inhabitants) but it is the most popular destination in all of Montenegro, and it is no wonder considering it is a centre for sightseeing and cultural tourism, but also a place with vivid nightlife and plenty of beaches. Dubrovnik Drop off at the hotel.
