Fez - Atlas Mountains - Tiz'n Talghomt - Errachidia - Merzouga Desert
Hello and welcome to Morocco! Our four-day journey begins with an early morning departure from Fez to Merzouga via the Middle Atlas Mountains. Take a scenic drive through Berber villages. Stop in the beautiful city of Ifrane (known as "Moroccan Switzerland"), then continue to Azrou, the famous cedar forest where you can see monkeys, and finally stop in Midelt for lunch. We continue on to Erfoud via Ziz Valley after lunch (a nice panoramic view with the scenery of the oasis). Some nomadic Berber tribes can be seen on the way from Arfoud to the dunes. Arrive in Merzouga, where camels await you for an exciting ride to see and appreciate the magical moment of the sunset. You will eat your dinner in the open air while listening to Berber folklore and sleep in a traditional Berber tent. Arrive in Merzouga and stay in an Auberge for the night.

Explore Merzouga area – Erg Chebbi - Camel Trek and Night at Desert Camp
Today will be the most memorable of the four days in the Sahara desert. After breakfast, you will travel to Merzouga, the pride of southern Morocco, where you will discover the wonderful oasis, local villages, traditional music, and beautiful dunes. Return to the Auberge after you've rested. You will ride a camel and have an adventure in the sand dunes. You will spend the night in an equipped camp with drum music in the middle of the Erg Chebbi (Sahara), where you will be able to take beautiful sunset photographs. We arrive at the camp and climb the high dunes to see the sunset before spending the night in a nomad tent.

Merzouga - Todgha Gorge - Dades Gorges
You'll rise with the sun this morning to witness what we hope will be a spectacular sunrise among the dunes. This is truly worthwhile, and it is the focus of our Morocco desert tours! We return to a local hotel by camel, and after breakfast and a quick shower, we begin our journey towards Ouarzazate, passing Tinjdad and visiting Todgha Gorge, Morocco's highest oasis valley gorges. We proceed to Boumalene Dades, where we will visit Dades Gorges and stay overnight for dinner and hotel accommodations.

Dades Gorges - Ouarzazate - Ait ben Haddou - High Atlas - Marrakech
As today marks the end of the four-day journey, but the most vivid memory will be Ait Ben Haddou, the road takes you in the direction of Ouarzazate, Africa's Hollywood, where the Atlas Studios is reputed to be one of the world's largest movie studios. While many of our visitors choose not to visit the film studio, the Kasbah de Taorirt in town is worth a visit. Then we'll go to the Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that, in addition to being the best extant example of a walled town protected by Kasbahs, the homes of the wealthy and powerful, has served as the setting for many Hollywood blockbusters and major historical television shows.Gladiator and Lawrence of Arabia are two examples. If you've seen A Game of Thrones, you'll recognize Ait Ben Haddou from the series' final scene. (Several locations, including Essaouira, have been used in the series.) We continue our journey through the High Atlas Mountains, crossing the Tizni Tichka pass at 2260 meters, Morocco's highest road pass. It provides breathtaking views of the surrounding valleys, mountains, and Berber villages. Arrival in Marrakech in the evening, and the end of the 4-day desert tour from Fes to the desert and Marrakech. The four-day Sahara desert tour from Fes to Marrakech has come to an end! We sincerely hope you had a good time on our trip!
