place Visit to the Cali City & Salsa Dancing Lesson

Visit the most representative places of Santiago de Cali, such as the church of San Antonio and its Mirador, Monument to Sebastián de Belalcázar the Spanish founder of the city, Park El Gato del Rio, La Merced Church, the Metropolitan Cathedral, Plaza de Caycedo and other important and historic buildings. The tour will continue to one of the Salsa Schools where you will have an hour of Salsa lesson, learning about the music, the basic techniques with one of the champion teachers in this genre. place Route to Popayán “The White City”

You will be transfered to Popayán, the route takes approximately 3 hours. Visit the city known as the “White City of Colombia”, you will visit the most representative places such as the Museum of Religious Art, Museum of Family Valencia, a replica of the Pueblo Patojo, the historical center of the city, old churches such as the San Francisco, El Belén, San José, Plaza del Reloj, Catedral and the viewpoint of Sebastián de Belalcázar. Day 4

place Visit to Silvia and route thru the Moorlands

Drive for 1h30 approximately to the little village Silvia located in the Cauca Department. Silvia is the center of the Guambiana Culture, every Tuesday is held its famous and traditional market, it is the place to encounter with the locals: indigenous people dressed in their traditional costumes, settlers and farmers to offer their products, buy other merchandise, but above all to meet again. You take the road that leads to San Agustín, through a thick forest of Purace National Park that serves as buffer zone. You will enjoy a short stop inside the moorlands locally known as “Valle de los Frailejones” , time to admire this lavish landscape and break the intense cold with the famous “agua de panela with cheese” a local beverage/sweet to keep you warm. Morning dedicated to visit the historic Archaeological Park of San Agustín, Cultural Heritage Site, declared by UNESCO in 1995. This is the biggest necropolis in the world, composed by hundreds of statues on stone and tombs. You will have the chance to discover some of the archeological zones of this site: Tables A, B, C and D; The Ceremonial Fountain of the Lavapatas and the Archaeological Museum. In the afternoon you will continue to the Magdalena River Strait, an spectacular rocky gorge that forces the most important river in Colombia to pass to only 2.20 meters wide. place Neiva and Tatacoa Desert

In and around Neiva Route to Neiva, the route traverse through impresive landscapes. In the afternoon you will drive to Villa Vieja town, the gateway to the Desert, visit to the Paleontological Museum, and then enter between cracks eroded by the effects of wind and water since immemorial times, walk along the paths of “El Cuzco”, spectacular place of special beauty. The Tatacoa Desert offers the best scenario in Colombia to look at the cosmos, as it has the largest coverage of the nations celestial dome, so at the beginning of the night an Astronomy Workshop with planetary observation and celestial phenomena will be held for you, through the Modern telescopes of the Observatory and with the guidance of a professional astronomer. place Flight Bogotá - visits in Bogotá city – Flight to Coffee Region

Morning transfer from your hotel to the airport to embark on a flight to Bogotá, the capital city. Upon arrival you will be picked up by your guide to immerse in a day tour to the bustling city of Bogotá. Visit to the traditional and historic quartier of La Candelaria, the Gold Museum and climb to Monserratte Hill for a fabulous panoramic view of the city. You will enjoy a lunch in a typical Bogota restaurant. Transfer back to the airport for your flight to Armenia village, located in the famous Coffee Region. place Coffee region, Cocora Valley & Salento

Morning transfer to Finca El Ocaso, an authentic and sustainable coffee producing farm located 15 minutes from the town of Salento where unforgettable experiences immersed in coffee culture are offered. The height, climate and topography of this farm allow the development of a double shade crop that provides all the characteristics of the incomparable fragrance and flavor of the OCASO SUSTAINABLE COFFEE. You will visit the natural landscape located in a mountainous valley of the Central mountain range of the Colombian Andes, specifically in the department of Quindío, known as the Cocora Valley, which is part of the Los Nevados National Natural Park. It is the main home of the Colombian national tree, the Quindío wax palm, as well as a great variety of flora and fauna. Visit to the charming and typical town of Salento where we will have a walking tour visiting its colonial streets, craft workshops and the cocora viewpoint. place Drive to Buga and Cali

At appointed time drive from Armenia to Buga, this transfer will take approximately 2 hours. You will visit to the Centennial Basilica of the Lord of Los Milagros, the Museum of the Miraculous and finally in panoramic tour of Buga you will discover the beautiful patrimonial town. There is the chance to participate in the mass, or climb into the dressing room, or confess, or make purchases of religious goods.
