Rivaling the importance of the Alcázar is the Cathedral Santa Maria de la Sede, an ambitious work that has astonished visitors for years. The monastery founded there has its origins reaching back to as early as 888 AD, where it started as the hermitage of Santa Maria. Enjoy the morning exploring this unique spiritual and cultural center with your expert guide, passing through the amazing Basilica dedicated to the Virgin Mary and the miracles she has performed on the mountain, as well as seeing the Museum of Montserrat, which holds one of the most important art collections in the country.
