Mulala village is a typical ruray setting on the southern lower slopes of Mountain Meru. On this day you will be visiting the Hadzabe people around lake Nyasi. This is a special tribe in Tanzania which is hunters and gatherers and learn their way of life. You are expected to learn processin of poison from the poison tree, collect fruits, root tubersand hone, colletcting water, traditional dancing, making fire, preparing huts, hunting techniques, life in caves and other activities within their community. The second visit will be to the Datoga tribe. They are neighbours with the Hadabe tribe near lake Eyasi. Lke Eyasi is a scenic soda lake founf on the southern boarder of Ngorongoro area. You will learn the general life of the Datoga tribe,, how mud and dung huts are prepared, preparing cattle fence {boma}, learning the dress code for men and women, cow milking and preapring butter, flour making using grinding stone, preparing local beer and any other activity as time may may dictate.
