Your adventure begins with a private transfer from Santa Marta, leaving the city behind as you head toward the lush, green landscapes of the Zaino area. In just over an hour, you will arrive at your Ecohotel, a boutique sanctuary nestled right on the edge of the world-famous Tayrona National Natural Park.

After checking into your comfortable standard double room, the rest of the day is yours to unwind. Listen to the symphony of the jungle, relax by the pool, or take a short walk to explore the local flora and fauna. This is the perfect time to disconnect and breathe in the pure air of the Sierra Nevada foothills before tomorrow’s adventure.

After a delicious tropical breakfast at the Ecohotel, we head to the El Zaino entrance, the main gateway to the park's most stunning beaches. Accompanied by an expert guide, you will embark on a rewarding hike through tropical dry forests and along ecological trails.

The path takes you through a paradise of biodiversity. You will pass the rugged beauty of Arrecifes, the calm and crystal-clear waters of La Piscina (perfect for a quick dip), and finally reach the world-renowned Cabo San Juan del Guía. Here, iconic palm-fringed hills meet the turquoise Caribbean Sea. You will have plenty of free time to swim, relax on the white sands, or enjoy a local lunch by the shore. In the late afternoon, we hike back through the forest and return to the comfort of the Ecohotel for a restful evening.

Wake up to the sounds of tropical birds for your final morning in the jungle. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the hotel and take one last opportunity to enjoy the natural surroundings or the hotel facilities.

Following check-out, your private transportation will be waiting to take you back to Santa Marta, where you can continue your Colombian journey or head to the airport for your flight home. You’ll leave with the spirit of the Caribbean and the energy of the Sierra Nevada in your heart.
