A representative or driver will wait for you at your Bangkok hotel, and the drive to the airport takes around 45 to 60 minutes. For flight planning, check in 3 hours before international flights and 2 hours before domestic flights.

Day 3: Cycle Chiang Rai Countryside | Lanna Villages and River Landscapes

Begin with a short 15-minute transfer by covered pick-up truck to the starting point, where you receive a safety briefing and a personalized bicycle fitting. Day 6: Chiang Mai to Pai | Bus Transfer and Free Afternoon
In the morning, transfer from your Chiang Mai pickup point to Chiang Mai Bus Station. From there, board a join-in public van for the transfer from Chiang Mai Bus Station to Pai Bus Station. This travel day focuses on getting you from Chiang Mai to Pai by bus, with each step arranged in sequence.
On arrival at Pai Bus Station, use the complimentary shuttle service listed between Pai Bus Station and your Pai drop-off point. The service is described as convenient transportation designed for a stress-free and comfortable departure experience. After the transfer, the afternoon is free for you to explore Pai at your own pace.

Day 7: Cycle Pai Valley | Downhill Villages and Shan Temple
Join a half-day scenic downhill cycling tour in Pai Valley. The gentle 9 km route starts from a picturesque waterfall and ends in Pai, descending through a landscape of villages and local communities. Begin with a drive up to the main waterfall in the area, which also serves as the city’s water supply. Before cycling, you can explore the surroundings or take a refreshing dip.
Start the bike ride downhill, first passing through a Lahu hill tribe village where you have the opportunity to interact with friendly locals. A few kilometers farther, continue to a Lisu village and then a Chinese village, Kuo Ming Tang, giving you a chance to experience different ethnic groups and cultures. The ride then stops at Wat Nam Hou, a Shan temple known for its wooden Buddha statue and its story.
After visiting Wat Nam Hou, bike a few more kilometers, pass through the market, and finish the tour back in Pai. The route has a -250 m elevation change and takes approximately 1 hour.
