In the morning, you will depart from Ho Chi Minh City to explore Ben Tre in the Mekong delta. Upon arrival at Ben Tre town, take a boat trip along Ben Tre River enjoying several stops on the way, such as a visit a brick kiln, where you can learn how bricks are made, watch coconut fruit processing and visit some families in Cai Son and Thanh Nhon channels who make sleeping mats. Enjoy fresh fruit and green tea while relaxing at a local house. You will then continue the trip by bicycle passing by vegetable gardens. You will stop for lunch at a small restaurant where you will taste specialties, especially the “elephant-ear fish”. In the afternoon, you will continue traveling to Can Tho, the heart of the Mekong Delta.

Enjoy a 6:30 AM breakfast and then take a leisurely boat trip to explore the picturesque tributaries of the Lower Mekong river. Afterwards, proceed to visit the Cai Răng floating market, which is the liveliest in the whole region. Take in the beautiful scenery and the daily activities of the locals who live along the Mekong canals. Next, you will roam through the village, see fruit gardens and visit a rice husking mill and a noodle-making shop. Then, head back to the riverside for lunch before traveling back to Ho Chi Minh where you will arrive at around 5:00 PM with unforgettable memories.

Hoi An Bicycle Day Trip with guide
Duration: 4 - 5 hrs Start your morning with a bicycle ride, crossing Cam Kim Bridge to reach the other side of Thu Bon River, and continue riding to a small village. After visiting an ancestral house to learn more about the genealogy of a traditional Vietnamese family, you will find yourself in the middle of lush greenery: rice, corn, sedge fields, areca nut trees and bamboo, all set in a peaceful atmosphere with fresh air. Upon arrival, you will have the chance to meet a local family and watch the techniques they use to weave sedge mats. You will continue your exploration by cycling on quiet village roads and shady paths. Take a break and enjoy lunch at a local house, before cruising back to Hoi An. The driver will bring you back to your hotel.

Tombs & Pagoda Day Trip in Hue - night bus to Hanoi
Duration: 9 hrs On arrival, transfer on your own to the hotel. The room is available around 2 p.m. Your guide will pick you up at your hotel to start off our exciting day early. We first bring you to the impressive Khai Dinh Tomb. Khai Dinh was an important Vietnamese emperor who ascended the throne in 1916 and died in 1925. Then we will watch a performance of the fascinating martial art called Vo Kinhy Van An. We continue to the Tu Duc Tomb which was completed in 1867. Walk around the extensive gardens filled with huge stone temples and structures, rivers, and a reflection lake imagining what splendid life was lived here by the faithful Tu Duc court. Our final pit stop before lunch is visiting a village where incense making and conical hat making has become their specialty. After lunch, at about 1:30 pm, we will continue with the tour to the Citadel of Hue, which was built by the emperor Gia Long in 1804. It’s also known in Vietnamese as the Forbidden Purple City, a term similar to the Forbidden City of Beijing. Our next stop is the Thien Mu Pagoda, which is Vietnam’s tallest pagoda. It has an iconic status in Hue and it is known as the unofficial symbol of the former imperial capital. The way back to Hue will be on a boat down the beautiful Perfume River, where you will see local fishermen and traditional villages. Our journey ends upon arrival at the Toa Kham pier. On arrival, take a transfer on your own to the hotel. Hands-on Vietnamese cooking class in Hanoi - Morning Departure Time: 09:30 (pick up at your hotel) Duration: 4 hrs First, you will travel outside the Old Quarter and arrive in a small local market, where you will meet with your chef. After wandering through the stalls and learning about the ingredients and vegetables you'll be cooking, you will meet the chef back at the house and enjoy a cup of tea. Then, you will start to prepare traditional Vietnamese food under the supervision of your host, learning how to cook several dishes and discovering more about Vietnamese culinary culture. Once everything is ready, you will enjoy your tasty lunch before saying goodbye to your host.

Hanoi - Halong Bay by shared bus (no guide)
Duration: 2 days In the morning, you will travel to Halong and arrive around noon. There, you will embark on a cruise in the must-see Halong Bay. This world-famous bay is one of the most beautiful landscapes in Vietnam, with its giant rock islets covered in luxuriant vegetation overlooking the waters. Halong Bay includes some 1,900 islands and islets of rocky peaks, often uninhabited and unvisited. This scene creates a spectacular marine landscape, which earned it UNESCO World Heritage status in 1994. You will be served lunch and dinner aboard with excellent and freshly caught seafood from the bay. At the end of the day, you will have the chance to enjoy a night fishing session on the boat.

Early in the morning and depending on the season, you will wake up to enjoy the sunrise over the aquamarine waters of the bay. Then the cruise will tour around the bay until you disembark at the end of the morning. After that, you will then return to Hanoi and at leisure.
