Breakfast at hotel In the morning: enjoy The Insider’s Ha Noi by Vespa (Joint tour) We start off with a welcome drink and enjoy the most spectacular view of the capital. Navigating through the streets of the bustling Old Quarter, we explore the picturesque murals on Art Street. Then heading off to Long Bien Bridge and surrounding areas. Next our journey takes us to a bustling and vibrant open market to shop with the local people from Hanoi. After zooming through narrow alleyways, we reach the crash site of an American B-52 bomber in a city lake and learn of the city’s more recent history before visiting a peaceful Buddhist temple set in the most beautiful gardens. Our last stop is a tranquil green oasis at a miniature Kumquat farm (seasonal) or we learn about the ancient tradition of making tea at the home of a Vietnamese Tea Master. Afternoon: Start the tour to the Temple of Literature – the first university of Vietnam and the place dedicating to Confucian. Walking around to visit the Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son temple. Hanoi - Ha Long Bay
Breakfast at hotel Pick up at your hotel in Hanoi and transfer to Hai Phong (approx. 2- hour driving). You will travel on the longest bridge in Southeast Asia then take the tender from the wharf and make your way out onto the bay to board the luxurious craft. Welcomed aboard and greeted with a complimentary drink while receive the crew briefing for safety procedures session and then you are free to check into your cabin and freshen up. Take some time to have a look around the vessel or watch the magical landscape go by then enjoy a savory lunch. Sailing for Lan Ha Bay passing to Da Chong islet where you can see a lighthouse built by the French over 100 years ago, then go over to Gia Luan Lagoon where limestone karst formations rise out of the sea. This quiet bay is untouched and remote, as not many cruise ships visit. Completing its entry through Cua Van area, starting the journey to explore Ba Trai Dao beach or Tra Bau area, a natural frontier between two provinces, Halong Bay and Cat Ba Archipelago. This is a secret hideaway with its pristine beaches, caves and coves, plus the natural beauty of about 400 limestone islands, doing the kayak to immersed in the crystal-clear waters of the bay and/or enjoy swimming. The morning is nicest time of the day on Lan Ha Bay. Head to the upper deck to participate in the daily exercise sessions. Relax with an early morning cup of tea, coffee or juice anywhere you wish on the boat and watch the never-ending miraculous scenery unfold before you. Enjoy a light breakfast on board and starting the last stage of your trip to Dark & Bright cave and islets by local rowing boats which is a wild and mysterious beauty in the middle of the World Heritage. Back to our main board afterwards. Check out of your cabin and take a brunch while cruising back to the harbor. It is your first touch point to understand how residents live, eat and love. Take in some fresh flavors of herbs, ingredients, see how we make and take dishes, where and when. Continue to a rural and green neighborhood and visit a local house. Sit down with the host and discuss over how we prepare daily meals; Hue’s eating habits and traditions then wander around the lush garden. You will be amazed to know the modest yet smart and healthy cuisine, making use of home-grown herbs, leaves, fruits for different purpose. After earning some deep insights of local ingredients, culinary culture, it is now time for hands-on experiences “Making assortment of Hue cakes and enjoy what you make”. Your last relaxing place is a tea house to travel through the art of drinking. Learn the stories behind the lotus tea and Vietnamese ancient tea trails. Then visit the Imperial Citadel where Nguyen Dynasty ruled between 1802 and 1945 and Khai Dinh Tomb Drive to Hoi An from Hue via Hai Van tunnels. Hoi An - Cooking Class
Breakfast at hotel We start the day at 08:00 a.m with a welcome drink at Hai Café (98 Nguyen Thai Hoc Street, Hoi An Ancient Town (Joint tour) Travel by minivan (10 minutes) to Tra Que Organic Village, and walk through the market gardens where local farmers work their fields using the traditional methods of hundreds of years ago - no electrical machinery here. We pick fresh saw-tooth coriander and Vietnamese mint for our cooking lesson later, before trying a special herbal drink at a local home. To the local village market and with shopping list in hand we purchase a range of local ingredients, including star anise, cardamom, sesame rice paper, water spinach and banana flower. Arriving at Red Bridge Cooking School we have a chance to freshen up before beginning our class. Working together with our Red Bridge Chef we learn the traditional ways of preparing and cooking Vietnamese food from scratch. Using the freshest ingredients and traditional Vietnamese utensils (still in use today) we cook 4 famous dishes, including the national dish ‘Pho’. After the class we sit down and a chance to savour the dishes we have prepared. Leisurely cruise (25 minutes) along the Hoi An River back to central Hoi An. The rest time is leisure Evening: Hoi An’s nightlife scene comprises trendy bistros, cafés, bars, artistic lounges, and live music venues, most of which are set within the bustling Ancient Town and Riverside. You will start experienced with local cuisine at restaurant, visit Hoi An night market and Hoi An Ancient Town. The pedestrian-friendly streets of Hoi An transform into a vibrant display of traditional lanterns, traditional game and folk dance performances, then take lit candles/lantern floating down Thu Bon River. Hoi An - Danang - Ho Chi Minh

Meet our guide at airport and transfer to hotel for leaving your luggage Enjoy lunch at local restaurant Afternoon: visit Independence Palace, also known at the Reunification palace, was built on the sight of the former Norodom palace. Followed by the remarkable site of the War Remnants Museum the museum has a vast display of the both the Indochina wars. The rest time is leisure Dinner on your own account Evening: Jeep tour Sai Gon by night 19:45 Pick up guest from hotel (can be flexible base on guest request) 20:00 We’ll start Saigon by night tour where we will admire the most magnificent French colonial monuments of the city such as Opera House, City Hall, Notre Dame, Post Office and Walking street… 20:30 We’ll take you to explore the local night market where we can stop for shopping if you would like. After that you will visit the streets known for their vibrant night life, a very busy and exciting area of the city. 21:00 We’ll head for the suburbs of the city to chill out with some fresh air and see the city from a different perspective. 21:15 End up at a Rooftop bar to enjoy panorama view of Saigon with a free drink 22:00 : Guide will take you back to hotel by jeep, finish the tour. Ho Chi Minh - Mekong Delta
Breakfast at hotel 07:30: Pick-up at the customers’ hotel and transfer to Tan Cang pier by Saigon River Tour’s comfortable minivan. Depart to Mekong Delta area (Ben Tre province) by luxury speedboat. When on board, enjoy a light breakfast of The Pat’ a Chou cake with Lavie water, enjoy the fresh air and understand the daily life of local citizens living along the riverbanks. Visit the local market in Long An province. You will Walk inside the local market and discover the local daily life. The special part is you can try some of typical fruits. And we are sure you might find something you haven’t seen before! Great time for photo shots. Keep cruising to Ben Tre province (Real Mekong Delta Area). Arrive to Mekong Delta Area (Ben Tre province) Experience the peaceful atmosphere of water region by rowing a small boat through small canals with the conical hat. - Taste special wines of Snake/ Scorpion (optional). - Hearing the story about the local plantations and their “friendly” bees. - Enjoy a cup of honey tea from local family recipe. - Listen to the Southern traditional folk music was handed down for over 100 years (listed by UNESCO as intangible cultural heritage of the world – Don Ca Tai Tu). - Get on the Vietnamese Lambro tuk-tuk (vehicle using for schools and works), and ride in the winding village road to see the local houses & gardens. - Visit a small family business of coconut candies, hearing how they use every ounce coconuts for their life. Cruise to Diem Phuong restaurant and enjoy your Vietnamese traditional lunch with delicious 7-courses: Elephant-Ear fish (one very special dish in Mekong Delta), rice-paper served with fish sauce and other dishes.
