ITINERARY: We reserve the right to make any amendments to the itinerary as long as the amendments are not essential to the rest of the tour. All our travel itineraries can be used as inspiration and customized upon request. In the event of natural disasters, road blocks or political unrest we reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary, but of course trying to find and equivalent replacement to the original activities. All of the hotels will be booked in a country specific category that does not always correspond to the international standard. Please note that there is no official hotel certification system in Mexico. TOURS: Small group travel: Please keep in mind that day trips with small groups often requires patience and understanding, because every group has a certain dynamic. Sometimes the group stops at souvenir shops and markets. The indicated duration times of the tours are always approximated because especially in big cities traffic is unpredictable. This is also why the order of the stops can sometimes be changed. For closures of attractions, as well as natural disasters and political unrest we reserve program changes. Of course we always try to offer you an equivalent replacement offer. In these cases no refunds can be made. High Season Travelling (Christmas / New Year’s and Easter holidays): Travelling in Mexico during high seasons presents some exceptional conditions. This means that there may be delays, overbookings and longer waiting times at museums or archaeological sites. We try our best to assure that all services are carried out as confirmed but especially in the states of Chiapas and Yucatan small groups can sometimes convert to larger groups. We kindly ask you for your understanding. HOTELS: All of the hotels will be booked in a country specific category which does not always correspond to the international standard. If the aforementioned accommodations are fully booked or over booked, Buenos Dias Mexico reserves the right to replace them with equivalent hotels.

Car Rental Information: GENERAL: Please note that the Rental Car agreement is a contract between the renter and the rental car company. We acts solely as a Travel Agent and cannot guarantee short term changes on the part of the service provider nor do they assume responsibility for damages. Please check the emergency numbers which are on your contract signed with the rental car company in case of accidents. The rental car needs to be returned to the rental car offices as specified in the itinerary. It is not possible to leave the rental car at the hotel. Upon request the rental car company may offer a transfer to the hotel once the rental car is returned. This transfer cannot be guaranteed as it depends on the availability of the company shuttle. All distance is approximated and we assume no liability. REQUIREMENTS: Since The rental car company charges a security deposit for each car rental which increases depending on category (600-2500 USD approx), usually 10% of the car value. A credit card is needed with a validity of at least one year and a sufficient limit to cover this deposit. The driver of the vehicle must have a valid drivers license with a validity of at leat one year from the time of rental. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Young drivers between the ages of 18 and 24, GPS Systems and child carseats can be included in the rental for an additional charge. SAFETY & DAMAGES: For safety reasons we strongly advise not driving after dark. Valuables and luggage should be stored in a place out of sight and at red lights or traffic jams the windows and doors should be locked. In the event of an accident, the client must immediately notify Buenos Dias Mexico as well as the rental car company on the emergency phone numbers. If the police arrive on the scene, the police report must be submitted to the rental car company. Upon return of the rental car, the client is obligated to sign an accident report, otherwise the rentalc ar company is not liable for any damage incurred to the vehicle. If the client does not comply with the contract policy, the insurance is considered ineffective. INSURANCE: BASIC INSURANCE includes: CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) with a 10% deductible on damage to the vehicle (***** Theft of personal objest or damage due to vandalism, strikes or riots are not covered) TPL (Third Party Liability) liability insurance for damage to third parties for an amount up to 250,000.00 MXN. Unlimited kilometers BASIC INSURANCE does NOT include: Insurance for medical care of the driver or passengers of the rental car in the event of an accident..
