I've worked in the tourism field since 2006, in many diverse places as Patagonia, Maldives, and India. After some time abroad, I returned to Buenos Aires and I founded Mater Sustainable Travel in 2013, offering unique travel experiences in Argentina.
What type of traveler appreciates your adventures?
Travelers looking for travel experiences that allow them to know the destinations and their people. Cultural immersion trips to discover first-hand the diversity of our country, while visiting unique natural environments.
What is one of your favorite experiences which you’ve been able to build for guests?
A trip visiting one of the less touristy parts of Northern Argentina: the Yungas region, a cloud forest with unique landscapes and small towns where rural families will welcome you. Nature, culture and archaeological sites make this trip amazing.
Share the one travel experience that you will never forget
spend the night with a rural family in the middle of the Yungas, learning recipes of the Andean gastronomy and listening to stories of the ancestors of our hosts. The community tourism is for them a factor of local development and genuine employment.
